On a Sunday afternoon, Armin Dobling, floorwalker in a department store run by his friend Theo Kundler, gets a phone call and abruptly leaves his wife Inge to keep a mysterious appointment. Shortly afterwards, a man is seen from a helicopter running after another in a quarry and gunning down his victim. The plate of the yellow car on the spot is photographed by the woman in the helicopter and the number, M-TV 3504, reveals that the owner of the vehicle is none other than Armin Döbling. Has this honest everyman suddenly turned into a ruthless killer? And if so, why? It is up to chief police inspector Köster to find out...

Some years ago the businessman Schäffert has been kidnapped and a ransom was payed for his liberation.Two men, Horst Ballfanz and Rainer Hof, were sent to prison for this kidnapping.The Old Fox thinks that Horst Ballfanz has hidden the money of the ransom.The both men shared the same cell.Now Rainer Hof has been released from prison and the team of the Old Fox is shadowing him.The police is also following a case of extortion: the owner of a supermarket has to pay a ransom of 200.000 DM.Rainer Hof takes the train to Perlach and enters in a cafe where the payment must be done.Rainer manages to take the suitcase, but he is followed by two policemen, they enter into a junk yard, there is a shooting between the policemen and Rainer.Later Rainer is found killed (its seems that somebody else shot him).The policemen found the suitcase with all the money.But a car escaped from this place.

Petra Wiegand and his father are observing that Peter Wiegand is waiting in a car near their house.Petra takes her car and goes to town.Another car and his husband are following her.When she came in the parking and went out of her car, the man who follows her killed her with a shot.Her husband arrives at the parking and kills the murderer.The Old Fox and Gerd are in place: Peter Wiegand says that he kills the murderer,because this one kills her wife.The secretary of the boss of Petra Wiegand tells the Old Fox that Petra had a good friend, Manfred Garden who also is a friend of her husband.
