Frank Berger ha been found dead in his office by his secretary Elisabeth Werner: Frank has been stabbed to death by a letter opener.Rachel Berger tells Leo Kress that her husband had a mistress called Jutta Dubinsky.The journalist Jürgen Dubinsky and his wife Jutta were separated.Jutta lives with her daughter Patricia and soon Berger became her lover and recently Patricia told her mother that she also had a relationship with Frank.

This night a masked burglar has entered by the kitchen in the villa of the family Friedrich.Mrs.Elvira Friedrich has surprised him and he has killed her.Then the burglar was walking down the stairs, Mr.Ansgar Friedrich sees ,shot against and so killed him.The dead burglar is Attila Ilgner, a man with a lot of antecedents.Mr. Friedrich says Leo Kress that he listened to some noise in the house, took his revolver and when he saw the burglar he shot immediately against him.This explanation doesn't convince very much Leo Kress and his team.Besides the burglar didn't have a flash light.

Bruno Bentlin has learned that he can not be the biological father of hi two children and he is very bad tempered.He calls his wife ,Lilo Bentlin (they live separated) to ask her to send the children at the house of her parents.Then he meets Lilo and asks her who is the father of the two children.She answers that she will not tell him about the father.In the night somebody came by car and shot 4 bullets against the windows of the house of Bertold and Brigitte Kassei.Leo Kress speaks with Bertold Kassei and they remember when a band of three burglars shot against men of a security agency. A little later Bertold receives a menacing call and he will go to the police station to denounce it.At about half past eleven Leo Burghard, a colleague of Bertold Kasei ,arrive at the security company.He leaves his car, walks for some meters and his car exploded.Leo Kress wants to speak with Leo Burghard and Walter Reiher, the manager of the security agency, but he has to go back to the office: one of three burglars has been captured,Leo Kress has the proof that this man called Andy has called Bertold Kassei.So the burglar is now under police custody.Bruno has come to the security agency and has asked Walter Reiher to contract him again as security guard.Bruno leaves the agency and a car is following him.

Jolly Brand, a divorced woman, is owner of a shoe shop and she lives with her daughter Sonja.Her ex-boyfriend, Livio Zanetti, a shoemaker, is still working with Jolly, he is complaining that their love finished and wants to go away.Sonja is scolding her mother because she has dates with men to find a new companion.In the afternoon a woman came to the shop and showed Jolly and Sonja the picture of man and asked them if they know this man,Both answered negatively.This night Sonja said jolly that she will meet her friend Michaela and Jolly said that she will have a date.Later in the night a security guard notices that the door of the shop was open, he enters and finds the corpse of Jolly Brand.Somebody hit her on the head.Sonja arrives and says that she was with her friend Michaela.Somebody awakes Livio Zanetti and asks him about the suitcases.Livio answers that his life in Munich is now finished and he will go back to Italy.

Nicole Hauser has been found dead in a park: somebody killed her by two shots.Mrs Kemper explains Leo Kress that Nicole lived alone and that she was working in the Waldorf factory.Besides she saw Nicole Hauser at 9.pm quarreling with a young man who felt in the stairs.Nicole Hauser said her that the young man drunk too much. In the night Nicole Hauser had supper with with Dieter Waldorf in a restaurant.A man was observing her; Nicole meets in the stairs of her building Jan Kogler, her former boyfriend and she repeats him that all is finished between them.Later she called another friend Rolf Stattler and asks him to meet her soon.Rolf , a married man answered that that he can't meet her now.

Ulrich Schilling is locomotive driver and has gone to the office of Dr. Bert Armin because he needs psychological help.Three persons have committed suicide staying on the rails and Ulrich could not avoid their suicides.So he will begin a treatment with the doctor Armin.Outside the office ViolaSchultes was waiting for Ulrich.He says her that he wants to make jogging: Viola followed him with her car during his jogging; Ulrich stopped on a little bridge; he sent a kiss to Viola, but suddenly falls down.Somebody shot him down with a single bullet.During the jogging a man was taking pictures of Ulrich, e said to the police that he was preparing an article about Ulrich Schilling.Ther police confiscated the pictures.Axel Richter went to the office of Dr.Armin who told him that Ulrich should begin his therapy the next week.Besides one of the brother of Ulrich called from Hamburg to get news about the investigation.Axel tells Leo that they did'not find any witness, but that a man , father of one young who committed suicide has escaped from the psychiatric hospital where he was on treatment.

The nurse Petra Hofbauer has received a deadly shot when she was leaving the hospital.Some days ago she met her brother Thomas in the church: there was the burial of their father.Thomas said her that she has been absent when their father was ill ad now she will get a great part of the inheritance.Petra called her friend Ines Ostermann and went to their apartment: there Michael Ostermann asked Ines to give him a second chance, but Ines said that she will divorce.Leo Kress and his team arrive at the parking of the hospital: the medical examiner told him that there was only one shot in the back of the victim.Then Leo Kress speaks with Dr. Jürgen Simon who tells him that he saw Petra for the last time at 2 or 3 am and that he didn't listen to the shot.

Laura Weissenbach and Jonas Bultan are lovers and used to meet in a suite of a luxury hotel.This day Bert Weissenbach has received an anonymous letter,he is invited to go to the room of a luxury hotel to find there his wife.He arrives at the room and is surprised, it's not his wife but Mrs. Jadwiga Bultan and she asks Bert to look at a room where Laura dancing tango with a man.Jadwiga says that the man is her husband Jonas Bultan.Suddenly Bert and Jadwiga see Laura and Jonas falling down (somebody shot against them).Bert wants to go to the room, but Jadwiga tells Bert that it's better for them going way.

Joost Fuhrmann , manager of a bank agency,was alone in his house: the doorbell rings and Joost opens the door.A masked shot against him and Joost dies immediately. Vera Fuhrmann who was in a bowling, receives a call from her friend Ulrike and comes back home.Leo Kress, who saw picture of a boy asks Vera about the child and Vera answers that the boy died in a car accident.Some days before Conny Bartush , who works in the bank agency learned that this family will be evicted from their house and in the day of the eviction Johann Bartusch, the father of Conny, gave a face slap to Joost Fuhrmann.

Leo Kress is very bad tempered: Georg Saldon ,who has been sentenced for the murder of the husband of Luise will marry Luise.The families have organized a party for the toast.Georg says to Luise that he needs to go to the restrooms, a prison guard Christian Bertel will follow him.In the corridor a masked man appears and shoots against Georg and Christian Bertel.Georg dies immediately and Christian Bertel is injured and sent to the hospital.Axel finds only a witness who explained that a masked man shot against the two persons and went away by car.The car has been found, it was a stolen car.Leo Kress goes to the hospital to speak with Christian Bertel who explains that everything has been very fast, but he doesn't remember if the masked man shot first against Georg or again him.Mrs Saldon is in the office of Leo Kress and Axel asks her about the name of the second prison guard who was in the party, his name his Erick Mayer (the girlfriend of Christian Bertel who went to visit Christian is Franziska Mayer, the daughter of Erick Mayer).
