The secretary of Dr. Maximilian Kolberg has receives again an anonymous phone call with menaces against the doctor : she tells it to the doctor who asked her to be quiet: maybe it's a frustrated patient.The doctor leaves his clinic , a car following him.Some minutes after his arrival at home, somebody rings the doorbell.He opens, a person with balaclava enters with a revolver,they fight and the Doctor receives a deadly shot.Dr. Maximilian Kolberg was a divorced man, psychiatrist and counselor for the courts.His secretary, Nicole confirms that they have received 5 anonymous calls and gives Axel Richter the last cases for the court.Two cases: Thomas Ottinger, condemned for robbery and murder (the doctor was against his liberation) and Franka Rühle,condemned for murder.Rolf Herzog and Axel Richter visit Herbert Rühle, the father of Franka and it seems that Herbert was with his friend Schobesberger in a brewery.The wife of Thomas Ottinger is surprised to learn that her husband escaped from prison and tells that she doesn't have any contact with her husband.

Simone Buchner has been violated in her house by a man using a mask.After taking a shower, she went to her gynecologist and told her her violation,but sh doesn't want to denounce the rape.Back home she speaks about the case with her husband and both decide to remain silent, because a denunciation is a complicated thing and then all people know your private life.One date later Simone is killed by knife in the same house.Her husband is quite angry and that Simone felt a great fear.Rolf Herzog speaks with the gynecologist who explains him that case of Simone (who didn't want to denounce the violation).Also Carla mentions that the last month another woman came to her office for a violation at home and that she didn't want to denounce her violation.At the house Kai notices that some keys are missing.Among the suspects there is a man who menaced and raped a young woman, has been released and lives in Giesing, not far from the house of Simone.

In the morning Jessica Burger was speaking with her husband,Marcel Burger about a serious problem ans she asks him to go to the office of Alexander and to clarify the problem.When Marcel arrives before the building he is shot deadly (a bullet in the heart).His twin brother Alexander, an event organizer appears and recognizes the corpse of his brother.In the building in front the police tries to localize the room from which a killer could shot in the street.The room is hired to Mr. Nobody,the owner of the house doesn't have the keys.Mr. Alexander Burger just mentions his sister-in-law as an ambitious comedian. Jessica receives the Old Fox and explains that today she sent Marcel to Alexander's office to clarify the problem of stolen jewels.

Alex Richter and Werner Riedmann were together this night in a bar.Alex left went home. A woman comes to the bar,she presents herself as Nicola and with Werner they begin to speak: suddenly she went away to make a call and returns preoccupied.Then they left the bar and go to the apartment of Nicola.As soon as they enter, a person knocks down Werner.A few minutes later Rolf and his team arrive at the apartment.A neighbor listened to a scream and discovered the corpse of Nicola.Nicola received a hit on the head and was strangulated.When Alex returns to the bar, the barmaid told him that Werner and Nicola were speaking quietly,but Nicola went out for a call; then they went away by taxi.Greta Reichel , a policewoman who helps the team noticed that Nicola intended to call several times Birgit Fuchs and that Nicola has broken her relationship with Michael Arendt.Horst Fuchs confirms that he hasn't notice of his daughter, Birgit.
