Today the judge Christian Herscheid has to take a decision about the case of Joachim Lang who abused Katharina Born and finally Joachim is released on parole for two years.His wife Monika Herscheid doesn't agree the sweet sentences of her husband and is quite ready to leave him.An old acquaintance of Christian Herscheid,Johanna has come to Munich and asks Christian to give up as judge.Katharina Born, his fiance Markus and his father have been surprised by this sentence.Joachim Lang goes to a bar and receives a call (the barman said that there was a feminine voice) and leaves the bar.When he opens his car he is severely wounded by two shots and sent to a hospital.Now Joachim is in coma.
