Erik Falter manages a garage in Munich: he has come from another great town of Germany . His real name is Peter Litfin and he was an important witness in a trial (20 persons were sent to jail).He is under a special witness protection program.This night he has received a fax with a picture of his father: it was written "we have found you".So he leaves his house, two agents of the protection program are shadowing him.Peter goes to another house , finds in a hiding place a pistol and kills himself.The two agents called to district attorney who arrives at the place where Leo Kress and his team are waiting.The district attorney asks Leo Kress to investigation what reasons pushed Erik Falter/Peter Litfin to commit suicide.

Some days ago there was a burglary in the Villa Raimund: a safe has been opened, the burglars went away with their booty .The commissary Ferdinand Wesskamp, in charge of the case, could not catch the burglars and the booty.But the insurance detective Robert Busse , who a relationship with Lydia Raimund, the spouse of Werner Raimund, is very interested in this case: he has visited several times the family Raimund and is insisting on the fact that somebody of the family has helped the burglars to commit their burglary.Late in the night Robert Busse is killed by two shots in this office.

Gabriele Sonntag , a rich lady has a relationship with Frank Pulkau.But every night Frank can't stay at night with Gabriele , because he has to take care for his mother Johanna who is in a wheelchair.Leo Kress is arriving at the office: Gerd and Henry are speaking about the full moon and about the investigation of murders committed recently during the full moon.But now there are called for a murder: Frank Pulkau has been killed by two shots in their apartment: the police finds the certification of the deposit of the check of 150.000 DM that Gabriele gave him at night .

The writer Robert Bach has a love affair with his new secretary Andrea Schubert.Robert says his wife Katja that he will rest some days in the mountains.Katja, the wife of Robert sees by chance when Robert comes back to Munich and when Robert and Andrea kiss each other , then Andrea takes a taxi.Katja becomes angry and speaks about it with her sister Olga.Katja has disappeared and some days have passed.Olga sees that Robert is very quiet, so she decides to announce the disappearance of Katja to the police.One night Frank tells Robert that he has seen Katja in Munich.Some hours later Katja , who was spying Robert, has been found dead in her car, somebody strangulated her.

Stefan Reiter has been released from prison: some years ago Stefan Reiter killed with his rifle Irina Falk, a years old girl; he was sentenced to prison.Judith Reiter, the wife of Stefan has gone to the cemetery to visit the grave of Irina,there the mother of Irina says her to go away.Stefan has come to the cemetery to meet his wife, the relationship between them is quite tense.Then Stefan meets his mistress Sabine.Leo visits first Judith Reiter who doesn't like to speak with him.The same happens with the mother of Irina. In the night Stefan is coming back by street-car: a man asks him for a light and answers that it forbidden to smoke in the street-car.Then Stefan goes out off the street-car and walks a little: somebody comes from behind him and stabbed him., he dies immediately.

Leo Kress, Gerd Heymann and Henry Johson are seeing a video of the interrogatory of Günter Vondrell who was the main suspect of the murder of Klara Sundermann, her mistress and employee. Günter acknowledges that Kala Sundermnn was blackmailing him, but he repeats that he is not guilty for the murder of Klara SundErmann and that his wife was responsible for the death of Klara Sundermann.Some minutes later the team receives a phone call, Günter Vondrell has taken a little aircraft and menaces to throw down the airplane on the house of his wife.

Nikolaus Heidberg has been found injured in his crashed car and dies when the ambulance was carrying him to the hospital.Nikolaus and his associate Peter Htz manage a firm of electronics: in the morning Nikolaus asked Peter if he had contracted somebody to shadow him.Also Nikolaus asked also his wife Vera if she had contracted somebody to shadow him.In the car the police finds a pistol and Nikolaus has received a shot in the head.

The police has made a raid in a clandestine game house: among the clients of this house there's Dr. Martin Hector, a game addict who has great gambling debts.Recently a man who had great gambling debts has been killed.So Leo Kress thinks that Dr. Martin is in danger.At the same time a man has come to the house of Dr.Martin Hector and he begins to speak with Mrs Hector about the recovery of the gambling debts: Nina , the daughter has listened to the conversation, takes a pistol from a drawer , takes hostage the man ,then she says Leo Kress that her father must come home.So Kress arrives with Dr. Martin who meets his daughter and the hostage.Then Dr. Martin goes away with his daughter and the man.After some hours Dr. Martin appears at the office and says that the jumped from the car to escape and that his daughter followed the man: besides the man, a killer, acknowledges that he will received money from the life insurance of.Martin Hector.On the morning the killer is found dead in a forest.

Klaus Jürgenson is the 57 years old director of a firm: his relationship with his wife is tense; because she knows that Klaus has a lover and Klaus wants to separate.At the office his accountant Giller has noticed something strange and asks Klaus to read some documents; Klaus promises to read it later.After the theater play Klaus spends a moment with Elvira, his mistress and promises her that it's the last time that he leaves her for going back home: tomorrow I will take a room in a hotel and look for an apartment.On the morning Klaus is found dead in the English Garden of Munich: Kress and his team only know that Klaus was consuming digitalis, a medicine for heart illness.
