A group of drunken and tumultuous soccer fans has been arrested, all the fans will be placed under police custody.But for a lack of space in the police station a young French soccer female fan is put into the jail f the the French soccer fans.Franck and Agathe arrive at the place of an accident, a young delivery man has been hit by a car, the help of the ambulance notices that the two little fingers of the man have been broken.In the hospital the doctors inform that there are traces of cocaine in his blood.Finally the young man confesses that he has stolen some cocaine and the dealers punished him.In the police station Chloé listens to shouts from the cell of the French soccer fans, the young French female (Claudia Senik) has been raped, she is very angry and wants to file a claim against all the world (policemen of the police station and soccer fans).

Mr. Le Brot, manager of a restaurant, arrives at the police station with a wounded mouth, somebody put pieces of broken glass in the marmalade that he eats every morning in his breakfast and wants to file a claim.Bernard and Chloé go the restaurant and notice that Mr. Le Brot is very hard in his way to manage the restaurant.In another place a social worker ,who lives alone with her daughter has been stabbed, but her life is safe.First the female concierge mentions some young people as possible suspects.Another social worker,mentions a young adolescent called Babette, a former drug addict who is one of the protege of the attacked social worker.Megan, her daughter, tells that there was a quarrel in the morning between her mother and Babette.

A young woman,Virginie Faureras has been victim of an aggression by a young neo-Nazi.She was eating in a small restaurant with a friend and a group of neo-Nazis was celebrating the birthday of Adolf Hitler, she asked the restaurant manager to intervene, but he doesn't do anything.When they came out Virginie was hit on the arm and on the face.When Vincent, Alain and Chloé come back to the restaurant the manager said that the room was reserved by a couple and that he didn't know the aggressor. A teacher, Cécile Saumur has been attacked and she is in coma.The concierge tells Frank and Agathe that a man was visiting Cécile, they go to the apartment of Cécile where they find signs of the presence of a man and probably a teacher .

A baby arrives at the emergency service with a lot of bruising on his body: Franck and Agathe are in charge of the investigation.The grandmother suspects her daughter-in-law to be negligent with her son,but the mother of the baby doesn't have good relations with her mother-in-low.A young mother arrives at the police station because there are burglars in her apartment.Alain and Chloé go the apartment but they didn't catch anybody.It's the fifth case of burglary within 3 weeks.The commissioner suspect that there is a mole in the police station who informs a gang of burglars about the schedule of the patrols.

In a square a policeman has been wounded by a shot in the belly,it was a large caliber weapon belonging now to a group of young people.Recently the police arrested young people involved in pitched battles.Vincent will organize a trap to stop these young people in the act.Vincent and Nadine walk in the square as a couple with a baby.Suddenly a group of adolescent girls appears and they managed to arrest one of them who is dirty,drunken and drugged.Bernard receives an antique shop owner about the theft of very old picture made by a woman who came with her daughter Oceane to see some pictures.With the help of a teacher Bernard and Chloé get the address of the little girl.They meet the father Mr. Bergeret, a photographer who says them that his wife is preparing an exhibition of old pictures with an auctioneer.In his workshop Mr. Bergeret has a lot of pictures and it seems that these pictures have been stolen.

A adolescent girl,Charlotte ,was walking with her cocker spaniel when a Rotweiller dog attacked her dog,she was wounded by the Rottweiler who killed her dog and escaped.Her father Mr. Garret arrives and says that his neighbor, a man of African origin has a pit bull and he is responsible of the attack.Alain and Vincent visits the neighbor, a young man receives them (his father is working in a supermarket) and Vincent notices that the dog has been washed (because he was dirty, was the answer of the young man).At the police station arrives a classy woman,Mrs Laeticia Charron because her 16 years old son, Cyrille has disappeared.About parents and friends Mrs. Charron answers that the father of Cyrille died in an accident, also the paternal grandparents have died.

When Agathe was going home, a young man went out of a car, followed her and attacked her.The other young men in the car called him to stop and to go away.In the hospital Agathe says the the aggressor was European and was wearing a black leather jacket.A witness who has seen the aggression called to the police and has made a video.Nadine receives a greengrocer who has received 14 anonymous letters with insults and menaces,also somebody has written his telephone number for gay dates in the restrooms of the restaurants.All the letters come from the 17th borough of Paris (he doesn't know people living there except his sister).Recently he had some trouble with a Gipsy called Tony Gritas.The witness of the aggression of Agathe needs money for the video, but Vincent and Bernard confiscate the video.

A big dealer is selling adulterated drug and now three persons have died.The team manages to capture a young dealer, called Lola.In a first time she refuses to collaborate with the police, then Vincent carries her to the hospital where he shows her the corpse of a young man who used adulterated drug.Then Lola begins to tell her dramatic history and finally accepts to collaborate: she must go to her diary date with the dealer 2 p.m.The commissioner and Franck think that they must collaborate with the anti-drug squad, but Vincent will take the decision to make an operation without the support of the anti-drug squad.The couple who was quarreling in a building when the team captured Lola is now in the police station.The wife accuses her husband to have stolen her savings and finally the husband confesses that he has bought false banknotes to a swindler called Christian.

A skeleton has been found in a construction site.Alain notices a hit on the skull and finds near the corpse a medal with a name "Bénédicte".The police calls her sister Virginie who explains that Bénédicte came to Paris and was working in a dentist's office.Another small skeleton has also been found and so the woman who disappeared13 years ago was pregnant.Alain and Agathe think that the cause of death was a murder.Franck and Bernard have to go to a place where young people are making a parade: a man has been attacked.A young woman took a photograph of the injured man with two others persons: one of the two persons is called Nadir.

Chloé Mathieu enters into a pharmacy: she is witness of a robbery with a syringe full of contaminated blood,Chlo tries to arrest the robber, but she is receives an injection, but the robber manages to escape with the help of an accomplice who has been arrested.Bernard and Vincent go to a place where a delivery van has intentionally burned and the responsible escape with a scooter.Some minutes later they find a scooter before the cabinetmaking business: they ask for the the driver of the scooter.It's the son-in-la of the owner of the cabinetmaking business,When they ask him why he put fire to the delivery van,he answers that that his father-in-law obliges his mother to make love with the clients of his business.The commissioner gives the order to Chloé, Nadine and Agathe to find immediately this tremendous robber who makes holdup with his syringe.
