Peter storms into the burning building to save Femke. Nancy tries to get after him, but doesn't get further than the stairs. Then the fire-brigade comes. One of the men rescues Nancy and Peter comes out with Femke. Another fire-fighter gets Rafael out. They are immediately transported to the hospital where Femke and Rafael are kept under sedation. Peter stays with Femke, but when she wakes up and sees Rafael in the bed beside her, she runs out of the room. Rosa and Jenny lost their home and income in a matter of minutes. They have no idea how to go on from here. Nancy invites Rosa and Waldek to stay with her. They accept. Leo asks Jenny to come and stay with him, but she can only see problems coming from that. The fire-brigade don't know yet how the fire started. Rosa and Jenny blame Marianne, because of the electricity she didn't wanted to update and was faulty before the fire started. Then a dead body is found in one of the rooms. The fire-fighter who rescued Nancy is, to Marianne's surprise, married to Mayra. Frank tries to find Bram, but can't get a trace on him. Simonne tries to get in contact with Frank to calm him down, but it's no good. Finally Frank sees the moped outside Sanitechniek and goes up. Franky is there, but he doesn't want to say where Bram is. It almost ends in a fight, but Frank leaves without knowing where Bram is hiding out.

Boons and Tim question Rosa and Waldek about the dead body which was found in Waldek's room. It was identified as Freddy Colpaert and Waldek and him were seen arguing. Waldek swears he has nothing to do with Freddy's death, who had a head wound, probably from a fight. Waldek has witnesses who saw him in the café all evening. Waldek starts accusing Luc, because he had more reasons to be angry with Freddy. Boons and Tim go to Luc to question him. Luc thinks about registering a complaint against Waldek for slander. Boons suggests that Luc and Freddy might had a fight and that Luc might have put Ter Smissen on fire to erase any traces. Femke is at home and taken care of by Peter. Femke tells him she can't remember anything after she went back to Rafael's room. Only that it was already on fire when she entered. Peter goes to Rafael, but he claims he can't remember anything either. The fire-brigade can't come to an end conclusion yet, but they found out that the fire started at Rafael's room. Paulien went to the psychiatrist and she was very understanding. Paulien stays with her decision and still wants the abortion. Simonne is scared for the things that might happen if Frank finds Bram. Frank wants an eye for an eye, but Simonne warns him. She doesn't want him in jail. Franky hid Bram somewhere and it's better he stays low for now. Franky goes to the Noorderzon to hang up a note. They need a new plumber at Sanitechniek. Simonne doesn't want to talk to Franky, because she's still very angry with him. Mayra makes a note of the phone number of Sanitechniek for Guy. Ann notices this and asks about the situation between Mayra and Guy. Mayra doesn't want to justify her relationship with Guy to Ann. Jenny, Yvette and Leo have breakfast together, because Jenny took Leo's offer to stay there. There is a lot of tension between Yvette and Jenny.

Luc admits to Inspector Boons and Tim he went to Ter Smissen to disturb Rosa and Waldek's party. But when he saw so many people there, he thought he would just make a fool of himself and he went back home. He tells them, he never saw Freddy there. Then Boons gets a phone call. They inform her that the fire started in Rafael's room. Luc is suddenly of the suspect list. He's very relieved, but angry with Waldek. He goes to see him. Waldek claims that Luc left Freddy hurt but alive in his room and that Freddy was burnt alive. Luc warns him he will not accept this and he will get back to Waldek some day soon. Guy goes to Sanitechniek. Luc and Franky are impressed that he's with the voluntary fire-brigade. But his current employer wasn't that happy about it, so he had to leave there. Luc and Franky hire him on the spot. Peter still tries to find out from Rafael what happened, but he keeps saying he took some sleeping pills and doesn't remember anything. When the police come, he tells them the same. Franky asks Simonne if Frank is still looking for Bram. Simonne tells him she will try to talk Frank out of any action, but she's not prepared to forgive Franky for what he's done. Simonne tries to tell Frank that they're growing apart and they should concentrate on each other instead of Bram. Paulien goes to Franky, because she wants to know where Bram is. He needs to know that she's going for the abortion tomorrow. Franky is not prepared to say where Bram is. Katrien talks to Paulien, because she's very much against abortion. Katrien also discusses it with Jens, who hasn't really thought about things like that. Katrien tells Stijn they need to stop their relationship, because she doesn't like it what they're doing behind Tim's back. Stijn tries to change Katrien's thoughts. Ann is disappointed in Mayra and tells Marianne she was right. There will be nothing between her and Mayra.

Peter and Femke agree to talk to the police, so they can help Rafael. After all he set his own room on fire in a suicide attempt. But when Peter is with the police they have news for him. The fire started because of faulty electricity in the mini-bar in Rafael's room. So he doesn't get the chance to tell them about Rafael. Femke goes to Rafael in the hospital. He is convinced she loves him and they belong together and asks if he can stay at her place when he can leave the hospital. Femke tells him again she's with Peter and there is nothing going on between them. She gives him an ultimatum. Either he seeks help for himself, or she will tell the police everything that happened that fateful day. Leo goes to Marianne to try to buy Ter Smissen again. Marianne gets very angry when she sees his offer. It's not a quarter of his original offer and she sends him home. Then she gets a phone call from the insurance. The fire started because of faulty electricity. Yvette keeps pestering Jenny in the presence of Leo. But Jenny can handle herself very well. Jenny tells Leo she stayed in Belgium mainly because of him. But he keeps taking sides for Yvette. He says he can't abandon Yvette now, because she's got a poor health. Stijn is angry, because Katrien wants to stop their relationship and he takes it out on Jens. Paulien and Julia are ready to go the abortion clinic. Simonne thinks she convinced Frank to stop his search for Bram, but he waits in front of Sanitechniek for something to happen. Then he sees Franky coming out and he follows him. Franky goes to Max where Bram is hiding out. Franky tells him Paulien will have her abortion today. This makes him think and he leaves the flat. Frank sees this and follows him. Bram goes to the lake where he scattered his father's ashes. He talks to him as if he were there and suddenly Frank stands there. There is a fight and Frank keeps Bram's head under water until he doesn't move anymore.

Franky figured out where Bram would go and is just in time to save him from drowning by his father. They both go to Franky's apartment to dry out. Paulien and Julia in the mean time go to the abortion clinic. Katrien and Jens wait for their return anxiously, because it takes rather a lot longer then they would expect. Bram is now very sure he wants the baby together with Paulien and goes to her house. Just as he arrives there, Paulien and Julia also return. He says to her he wants the baby together with her, but Julia tells him there is no baby anymore. Frank goes home and tells Simonne nothing. Then Franky bursts in. He's very angry with his father and tells Simonne what happened and he also says his father is dead to him. Luc tells Franky, he doesn't want to interfere in his private life and that's why he didn't ask why Bram didn't turn up for work this week or why they came in soaking wet, but Franky has to know that he will always be there for him if he wants to talk. Franky appreciates this very much. Guy went to Ann for a medical check-up and everything is fine. Ann asks Mayra if she send him to her, but Mayra tells her Luc send him. She tells Ann she wants to give her marriage a second chance. Ann thinks she's not true to herself. Yvette goes to the doctor for a check-up and meets Marianne in the hallway. She tells her that Leo wanted to buy Ter Smissen. Yvette is very shocked. When she asks Leo why he didn't tell her, she gives him the answer already, that he wanted to buy it for Jenny. Jenny and Marianne blame each other for the fire at Ter Smissen. According to the police the inspection report was very clear and Marianne didn't take enough actions. She has to go to the police station for further questioning. Femke says to Peter she went to Rafael, but he already guessed that. She tells him Rafael will go somewhere where they can help him and that he will go back to Spain after that. When she looks him up in hospital again he promises her that he will go back to Spain, but that she can't make him stop loving her.

Nancy asks Luc for a cleaning job at Sanitechniek, but he's already bound to a cleaning firm. While she's there, she meets Guy again. She wants to thank him officially again. Guy celebrates his 12 year wedding anniversary with Mayra at the Noorderzon. She almost forgot it. He also planned an evening out and a night in a fancy hotel. She feels a bit awkward. At lunch time Bram leaves to get a sandwich, but doesn't ask Franky or Luc what they want. Luc asks Franky if everything is all right. Simonne is angry with Frank for what he did. She wants to start with a clean slate again, but Frank can't forgive his son. Bram goes to Paulien who's very down and wants to talk to her. Yvette is very angry with Leo. He says he just wanted to buy Ter Smissen so he wouldn't need a new location for his taxis, as an investment and to give Waldek, Rosa and Jenny their home and jobs back. Yvette thinks the only reason is Jenny. Marianne is angry for being picked up by the police yesterday and wants to write a letter to the mayor to complain how incompetent the police is, because she's totally innocent. Inspector Boons and Tim have news for her. Because of her not acting upon the test report and because of the death of Freddy, there will be an official investigation in what exactly happened at Ter Smissen. If the worst comes to the worst, she could even go to jail for it, because she was the owner of Ter Smissen, so she is responsible. Rosa, Waldek, Jenny and Leo check over a burnt Ter Smissen. They're all very sad with what they find. They think Marianne will probably get away with it as usual. Then a young man steps in and identifies himself as Kevin, the son of Freddy. Nancy and Britney live with Femke and Peter for the time being while Rosa, Jenny and Waldek live at her place. Peter is not very happy with the arrangement. Femke asks Ann if she could find out about the condition of Rafael now he's in a psychiatric clinic for his depression. Reluctantly Ann says she'll try to look into it.

Kevin asks how his father died. Leo tells him Marianne neglected to repair the electricity and a mini-bar in one of the rooms short-circuited and that's how the fire started. But if he wants he can get compensation. Kevin agrees and goes with Leo to the police. Jenny asks why he does all this. He can't see her unhappy. Marianne is confident that the judge will be on her side because of her name and her father's. Paulien tells Bram she didn't want the baby anymore, because she doesn't want to be reminded of him anymore. Luc goes to Simonne and asks her if she saw Bram over lunch time. She doesn't know who he is talking about, because she doesn't know that name. When Bram and Franky show up at Sanitechniek, Luc asks Franky why Simonne doesn't want to know Bram anymore. He tells him about the abortion and that Bram is not over it yet. Luc suspects there is more, but Franky doesn't tell him anymore. Guy is disappointed with his date with Mayra. He gives his concert tickets to Franky. Now Franky invites Bram to go with him, but he's not in the mood. Nancy invites Guy for a party in the Noorderzon tomorrow. She still wants to officially thank him and she won't take no for an answer. Nancy hasn't heard from Eddy in months and now sets everything on Guy. Peggy asks Luc about the bath Sanitechniek would install. He says the bath is ordered, but it will take a while before it's in Belgium. Marianne ordered it and she and Luc will probably not make haste with it. Therefore Peggy asks Waldek if he wants to do it. He says yes. Jens has seen how Paulien put Bram out of the door. He's very angry with Bram for being so irresponsible. It even continuous into another row with Stijn.

Waldek goes to the shops to buy a bath for Peggy. When Franky sees his car in the street, he informs Luc who immediately goes there. He's livid with Waldek and threatens to report him to the Labour Council. Waldek says he's only there for some legal advice. It seems Peggy phoned Waldek just in time to not place the bath, because it would mean breach of contract with Marianne. And Luc would sue her if he could. And right now that's the last thing she needs. Marianne learns from the insurance company about Kevin and she invites him over. She is prepared to give him money if he drops all charges against her. Jenny is very much in love with Leo and he with her. Jenny tells everything to Rosa. She doesn't want to be secret about it, but it does mean Leo has to break with Yvette. Frank asks Leo about his relationship with Jenny. He says she's just a good friend and nothing more. Guy doesn't look forward to the party Nancy organized for him and he invites Mayra to make it bearable. Nancy honors him on behalf of the whole community and almost goes overboard with it. Ann is also at the party and sees Guy kissing Mayra, who feels a bit uncomfortable with the situation. Paulien saw a pregnant woman on the bus who was very happy and she just couldn't take it. Julia tries to comfort her, but she sees Paulien takes it very hard. Fien thinks she comes second place with Jens. She's sure Jens his heart is more with Paulien than with her.

Marianne offers Kevin 5,000 euro. He wants more and in the end he gets 1,000 euro more if he drops all charges. He agrees. Leo learns that Kevin dropped his charges, but doesn't know why. He tells this to Jenny, Rosa and Waldek. Rosa and Waldek start to clean the café when Marianne steps in. She wants to check everything before they throw anything away. Rosa asks her how much she gave Kevin. Marianne tells her, she doesn't do bribery. Franky and Bram have a picture of Guy for Nancy. She's happy with it, but she knows he's not for her. That makes her sad and she takes to the bottle. Leo and Jenny go out for diner at a hotel. They have a very nice time and Leo also hired a room there. Jenny finds this a pleasant surprise. Yvette is waiting at home and has no idea where Leo is. She suddenly feels very strange and falls unconscious on the floor. Simonne wants Frank to make the first move towards Franky, but he just can't accept his son is gay. And he swears he will never accept it. Simonne talks to Franky and tells him it's difficult for Frank, but one day he will forgive him, because he's still his father. Ann tells Femke Rafael has a bipolar disorder. Femke is surprised. She never noticed anything like this about him. It seems to go a little bit better again with Paulien and she goes out to a friend. Stijn notices that Jens still can't get Paulien out of his head, just as he can't get Katrien out of his head. Mayra asks Ann what she thinks she was doing at the party. Ann thinks she didn't do anything out of the ordinary. But if Mayra thinks she did, it might say more about Mayra than about her. Ann tries to kiss her, but that's too much for Mayra and she runs away.

Leo comes home in the early hours and finds Yvette, Frank, Simonne and Ann in the living room. It's not going well with Yvette and she has to go to hospital immediately. Simonne asks Leo where he was. He makes up some excuse. Simonne goes to Franky at Sanitechniek and tells him Yvette had a minor stroke and that she is in hospital. He thanks her for the information. But when she's out of the door he gets all emotional. Luc asks him what else is wrong, because he can see there's a lot more to it all. This time Franky tells him everything. About Bram stabbing Frank and him taking the blame because of his feelings for him. And he was a minor at the time, so his sentence would be lower. And he would do the same thing again for Bram although he knows Bram will never have feelings for him. Now Luc confesses to Franky what he did to keep Rosa at his side. How desperate he was when Waldek came too close to her and what he planned with Freddy. All in the name of love, which neither of them has much luck with. Jenny tells Rosa about her date with Leo. She already feels sorry for Yvette when Leo will tell her it's over. All day long she waits impatiently by the phone, but he doesn't call and she can't get in contact with him. She's afraid he will dump her after all. Peter has enough of Nancy at their place. She's often drunk, the place is very untidy and they have to take care of Britney all the time. Femke also thinks it's time for Nancy to go home. But that means that Jenny, Rosa and Waldek have to find another place to stay. Waldek has an idea and arranges some beds and some furniture in a part of the garage of Taxi Ter Smissen. Paulien is very upset again. The sister of the friend with which she was yesterday was pregnant. It seems that everywhere she goes nowadays she sees pregnant women. And she can't handle that. Katrien tells her it's normal, because she's still going through the process. She needs to talk openly about it, but that's very hard.

Waldek, Jenny and Rosa are busy moving in stuff to their new "home" at the garage when Marianne steps in. She demands they leave immediately, but they're not planning to. She threatens with a bailiff, but that doesn't make much of an impression either. Peggy will be glad when her apartment is ready, because she finds it hell on earth living with Marianne. Ann and Geert think Marianne should just leave things be, but that's something she just can't do. Waldek looks up Kevin at his regular pub and tries to persuade him to help. Waldek tells him that his father helped him in the end to get Rosa back, but he doesn't tell him exactly what happened. Finally Kevin is prepared to help Waldek and the rest against Marianne. Leo tells Jenny that Yvette is in hospital, but that his feeling for her are still the same. He just don't know when to tell Yvette everything. Just when they kiss, Frank steps in. He tries to talk Jenny out of it, but she feels very good with Leo and he with her. Nancy visits Rosa and Jenny and excuses herself again for taking back her apartment. She also brought cake. When Mayra and Guy walk in, she also presents him with some cake. He feels a bit awkward with the situation. The rest think it's kind of sweet. Ann thinks Mayra suppresses her feelings for her and she should have a little more time with her to talk things through. But she don't know how to arrange that. Julia can see that Paulien is angry with Bram, but also that she still has feelings for him. She explains to her, she has the same feelings for Cois. Jens and Fien had a lunch date again, but Jens can't make it, because it's busy with the taxi's. Fien thinks there's more to it. Stijn still finds it hard looking at Tim and Katrien together.

Luc thinks Franky should take driving lessons and arranges them right away. Franky likes it. Even more when his uncle will pay for them. Nancy enters Sanitechniek again and this time she asks Franky and Bram to clean their apartment. They agree, but Luc has to pay. He says he doesn't agree, but Nancy is out of the door before he can stop it all. Kevin admits to Rosa, Jenny and Waldek he got hush money from Marianne. But he also tells them she threatened to talk about his past to the police. Together they think up a story for Kevin to tell to the police. He will say that Marianne threatened him and offered him money, but that he didn't take the money. At the end of the day Marianne learns that Kevin went to the police again. Peggy learns that Marianne wants to call in the bailiffs to get Rosa out of Taxi Ter Smissen. He tells her if she pursues that, she will tell everyone about her deal with Julia to buy the Noorderzon behind everyone's back. Ann calls for a taxi and Jens takes the phone with Mayra there. Ann asks for Mayra, but she doesn't want to drive and Jens makes up an excuse. Ann tells Geert she won't give up that easily. Simonne comes crying back from the hospital. Yvette had another stroke. A bigger one this time. Leo goes there immediately. Simonne is glad he will be there when Yvette will open her eyes. She knows nothing about his affair with Jenny and Frank doesn't tell her. Jens sees Paulien on his round. She's on her way to a photo shoot for pregnant women, but she doesn't want to talk to him about it. That evening he pays her a visit at home. He pays her a compliment with her pictures, but she's upset again and just wants him to go. Stijn shows Katrien pictures of London. He wants to go their for his study and he would like her to go with him.

Bram feels he has no-one left. He thinks Franky is lucky to have at least his uncle Luc, who provides him with free driving lessons and Nancy to clean the place. Nancy storms into Sanitechniek and asks for Guy. She asks him what his favorite soup is. He keeps feeling awkward with her around. Femke gets a call from Ann. Femke tells Peter that Rafael can have visitors again. He tells her she has to be careful with him. Femke assures him she has no plans to visit him. To Peggy she admits that Rafael asked specifically for her. At the end of the day she goes to the hospital to see Rafael, but sees Peter standing there just before she gets in. Leo tells Jenny Yvette had a second attack and this one was worse than the first one. He doesn't know anymore what to do. Ann wants Mayra to drive her for her rounds. Mayra doesn't really want to, but she hasn't got much to say in the matter. She's tense at the wheel while Ann feels very relaxed. Stijn tells Jens he thinks Tim finds his job more interesting than Katrien. Katrien will choose him and go to London with him for ever. Jens thinks he's gone too far now. Paulien tells Katrien Jens is very kind to her, but he's not Bram.

Nancy made soup for Guy. His favorite soup and they all enjoy it at Sanitechniek. Guy tries to call Mayra, but she doesn't pick up her phone. Nancy notices this. Mayra and Ann have lunch at the Noorderzon. Ann notices Mayra doesn't pick up the phone when Guy calls. She recognizes the signs, but Mayra doesn't want to know. Later when they're stuck in traffic, Mayra loses it for a moment and shouts at the driver in front of her. Ann thinks it's funny and she also starts shouting. And when they finally can move again, Mayra accidentally stalls the car. Her bad mood is completely over. Franky visits Yvette at hospital. Simonne and Frank are by her bed and when Franky enters, Frank wants to leave immediately. Simonne stops him. Yvette is glad to see him unlike Frank. Peter asks Femke why she went to Rafael when she told him she wouldn't go. She tells him Rafael asked for her and he is family after all, so she just had to go. He just wants her to be straight with him. Jens wants to know from Katrien how serious she is with Stijn, because he doesn't want to see him hurt. She doesn't know what she wants. When Stijn has a present for Katrien and asks if she will come with him to London, she says no. Fien tells Jens she wants to give him time, but she would like to come back to her after that. She still loves him and they had wonderful times together and she's not ready to give him up yet. He tells her, he also still loves her and wants those good times back.

Franky catches Luc very early in the office. He admits to Franky he feels depressed. He misses Rosa and he's sleeping very badly at the hotel. Franky tells him Rosa and Waldek sleep in camp-beds at Taxi Ter Smissen, so they probably don't sleep very well either. That cheers Luc up a bit. Jenny has news for him from Mo. Mo wants to sell the place where Sanitechniek is housed and Franky's apartment. Waldek still can't find work, because Luc made him look bad with other plumber companies in the neighborhood. Nancy is at Sanitechniek again, although it was agreed she would only come once a week. But she's there just for Guy who is her hero. Yvette feels a little better today, but she's paralyzed at her right hand side. Frank tells Simonne about Leo and Jenny. She tells Leo he can't leave Yvette now. She needs him now more than ever. He knows that and he won't leave her. Peggy moves out of Marianne's house, because she can't stand it no longer. Ann is surprised she could stand it the time she stayed and wishes her good luck. Ann tells Geert what happened between her and Mayra. Marianne also wants to know, but they won't tell her yet. Stijn is angry now he lost Katrien and when he sees Tim, he tells him he had a wonderful time with Katrien and they had wonderful sex. Tim is stunned. He asks Katrien about it, but she doesn't answer him. That's enough for him and he wants her to go and don't come back. Paulien is in tears again. They consult Ann and she proposes a psychologist.

Mo agrees with the price Luc is willing to pay for the house. Yvette comes home. They've put a bed in the living room for her. Leo takes care of her. Jenny finds it hard, but she understands. Tim is angry with Jens for not telling him about Stijn and Katrien and wants him to move out. Katrien wants to talk, but Tim doesn't want to. She tells him Stijn was a good listener, but that was all. Tim asks for his keys back and she hands them over. Nancy clears out Peggy's room and hands the stuff she finds over to Marianne. Peggy comes to collect them, but Marianne got out Sandrine's toys, because she doesn't need them anymore since she's moved out. Peggy wants them back, because she bought them for Sandrine and she will visit her at her new place. Femke wants to visit Rafael. To her surprise Peter isn't against it. He's just glad she tells it to him. She also would like him to go with her for support. He would like to come. Guy calls Mayra at work, but she doesn't answer his call. Later he calls to Taxi Ter Smissen, but she's not there at the moment.

Luc celebrates together with Bram and Franky that he owns the house of Sanitechniek now. Leo takes care of Yvette who can't do anything alone anymore. She wouldn't know what to do without him. He can hardly sit still and arranges for Franky to sit by her for a while. Franky keeps looking at the clock. He would like to be gone before Simonne and Frank come home, but he doesn't get that chance. Simonne is glad to see him, but Franky goes immediately. Simonne visits Franky and tells him that as long as they pay his rent, he should have more respect for his father. Franky is tired of Bram calling him a faggot and wants him to stop it. Leo goes to Jenny and explains the situation surrounding Yvette. He finds the situation very hard. Guy keeps looking for Mayra, but he can't find her anywhere. Mayra goes to Ann. She can't get Ann out of her head, but she doesn't know what to do with it and how Guy would react. Stijn and Jens are angry with each other and blame each other for the situation between them and Katrien and Tim. Jens feels upset, but can't talk to anyone about it. Katrien wants to know why Stijn betrayed her, but he doesn't pick up his phone. Fien talks to Tim and can persuade him not to throw Jens out. He appreciates this very much and is glad she still believes in him. Femke goes with Peter to visit Rafael. He's glad to see her, but is disappointed she took Peter with her. He admits he knew he was manic depressed and didn't always take his pills. He promises he will take them regular know. He asks Femke if she believes him. She does.

Nancy and Luc get a scare when they enter Sanitechniek. Guy is already there, but he didn't put the lights on yet, so he looks more like a burglar. He came in through the stockroom just a little earlier. Nancy is still shaking and Guy calms her down. She likes his attention very much. Franky wants to pay the rent for the apartment himself, so he won't be dependent on his parents anymore. And Bram can pay his half too. The boys didn't clean up their mess before Nancy comes, so she has to work an hour longer. Luc says she will be payed for that hour, but Franky and Bram will pay for it. Guy gets a phone call from Mayra. She wants to see him. He asks her why she's been avoiding him and if there is someone else. She admits there is someone else, but it's all a bit complicated. He wants to know who it is. She's only prepared to say it when Guy leaves her alone. At the word her, he looks very surprised. Simonne wants to know where Leo was the evening before. He says he did the accounts at Taxi Ter Smissen. He tells her again he will not leave Yvette. Simonne has doubts about it all. Leo helps Yvette with her exercises. She finds them difficult and doesn't want to do them. Leo pushes her a bit and in the end notices she moved her fingers. That's a good sign and he is genuinely pleased for her. Femke tells Peter she would like him to come always with her when she goes to Rafael. He has to realize that she is with someone else now and he has to lead his own life. Katrien goes to Stijn and asks him why he betrayed her. He says he was angry and still is, because she leaves him for someone she doesn't love. She tells him it's not for him to decide that. She also tells him she still loves Tim, but he doesn't believe her. Tim tells Fien and Jens that he thinks Katrien just doesn't know what she wants. He did love her, but that's all over now. Jens is still very down after his confrontation with his brother and wants to be alone. Fien wants to cheer him up and has taken the afternoon off to be with him, but he wants her to go. She's angry and leaves.

Guy is stunned when he learns that his wife has feelings for another woman. Mayra can't help it. It just happened and she has no explanation for it and she's also confused about it. He is very angry and hits his hand hard on a tree out of frustration. Nancy and Luc see that his hand has swollen, but he doesn't want to say what happened. Luc wants him to go to a doctor, because this way he can't work properly. Guy goes to the doctors and asks Geert if he can get Ann to look at his hand. She's a bit nervous when she asks him in. It's not very serious with his hand, but Guy keeps staring at her and she feels uncomfortable with this. Franky asks Luc, now he owns the house, what about the rent? He wants to pay for it himself in future. When Luc hears this, he's willing to let Franky stay for free in the apartment. He's very pleased with this. Katrien understands that she can't go back from Stijn to Tim. Probably Tim wasn't her big love after all. Jens goes to Stijn to talk to him before he goes. They finally talk things through what has been between them since the accident in their youth. They come together again like true brothers. Simonne asks if Katrien can come and help them with Yvette. When she goes there, Yvette doesn't like the idea at first. She'd rather have Leo to help her. But when Katrien shows her the cake she brought with her, Yvette changes her mind. When Leo is with Jenny, Simonne walks in. She wants to talk to Jenny privately. She asks her when it will stop between her and Leo, because Yvette needs him. It's not Jenny's tendency to withhold Yvette of her happiness. Simonne asks her if she wants to take a step back. Waldek comes home very dirty, because he had a job with a farmer. He's going to take a shower in one of the rooms at Ter Smissen. He's fixed it, although it's not really allowed to come in that part of the building.

Bram is bad tempered. Franky has told him Luc isn't going to charge him anything for the apartment, but Bram still has to pay. Luc asks Franky why he told him, because you could wait for it that Bram sure wouldn't like it. Bram probably would have found out anyway. Franky goes to visit Yvette and tells Simonne and Frank he will pay his own rent from now on. They are stunned. Mayra asks Guy about the bandage on his hand. He just wants to know how serious it is between her and Ann. She doesn't know herself. He doesn't believe her. Ann tells Mayra that Guy came to her with his hand and that she had the feeling he was checking out the competition. Guy sees Mayra's car in front of the doctor's office and draws his conclusions. Marianne gets the news there will be a further investigation in the fire and Freddy's death. If the worst came to the worst, she could go to jail for it, because she neglected the inspection reports and didn't act on them. Nancy has a card from Rafael for Femke. Rafael didn't know the address of the loft so he send it to her. When Femke refuses to go to him, Nancy secretly takes the envelope back. It contains the address of Rafael. She brings a photo of her, Femke and Britney to Rafael. She feels sorry for him and promises that she will get Femke to see him without Peter. Jens has a hangover after last night celebrating with Stijn, but he wants to take him to the airport himself where they finally part. Leo keeps training with Yvette, so she might use her right hand again. Katrien relieves him. She brought some Advokat with her, so she can practice her right hand with a bit of fun. Leo finds himself in a difficult position. He wants to do good for Yvette, but he also wants to do good for Jenny. He can't leave a sick woman on her own and Jenny can't love a man who would leave a sick woman for another.

Yvette wants to know what is to be done with Rosa, Jenny and Waldek at Taxi Ter Smissen. She proposes that they pay rent to Leo, he gives that money to her, she gives it to Franky and then he can pay the rent. At least he will take money from her if it's not from his parents. Katrien practices again with Yvette. She feels like a little child who has to learn everything anew. Jenny wants to know what Leo intends to do. He just doesn't know. Jens tells Waldek they need a handyman at Winterlicht. He thinks it's a great opportunity and goes there to apply for the job. Marianne is very annoyed that she has to commit for trial. Don't they know who she is? Geert tries to calm her down. Guy doesn't understand why Mayra all of a sudden wants a woman. She has feelings for Ann, but she's also very confused about it all. She feels there's a space between her and Guy for a while now. She doesn't believe in their marriage anymore, but he doesn't want to give it up that easily. He suggests marriage counseling. She agrees to give it a try. Femke is angry with Nancy, because she knows what Nancy did and that she went to Rafael. Nancy tells her Rafael doesn't understand the situation and Femke should explain it to him without Peter there. Femke goes to Rafael, but she does tell Peter she's going. Rafael tells her he's taking his medication regularly and that the doctor's are very positive about his progress. He can leave the hospital providing he has some place to go to where he can be cared for.

Simonne goes to Sanitechniek. She heard from Jenny that Luc bought the building. He confirms it. She asks Franky why he didn't tell that when he told them last week he was going to pay the rent for his apartment. Bram lets slip that he doesn't even has to pay the rent, because Luc does it for him. Now Simonne is seriously angry. Has he no shame? Whatever did they do to deserve this attitude from him? Franky doesn't know what to say. Luc teaches Franky how to park. Simonne and Frank see them. Simonne thinks Luc is trying to get on Franky's good side a little too much. Frank is angry and goes to them. He warns Franky that his sweet uncle Luc doesn't do anything for nothing and he will find out in the end. And then he will remember the words of his father. But at the moment he's only good for paying for his shares. Franky hears all this in silence. Bram needs a drink, but only Nancy wants to go with him. They both want to forget their troubles for a while and hit the bottle big time. Waldek has the job as handyman at the old people's home Winterlicht. There is a small fire at Winterlicht. A TV has imploded. The manager asks him to check the complete building for fire hazards. Together with Fien he checks the building. Mayra tells Ann she can't give up Guy now he wants to go with her to the marriage counselor. Ann is very disappointed and wants Mayra to look for another doctor. Femke thinks it's going much too fast with Rafael at the institution. She can't believe he's ready to leave yet. He promises to take his pills and asks her if he can stay at the loft with her. She tells him to let her go. According to Simonne, Leo and Jenny had an argument, so there still might be a chance for Leo and Yvette after all.

Paulien is feeling better and so is Katrien and Julia wants something new. They've all been a bit low, but they want to make a new start of it. Guy and Fien get along very well at Winterlicht. Guy is impressed how she handles things. Jens wants to spoil Fien, but he doesn't know how yet. He gets a bad tempered customer in his taxi. The man accidentally leaves a big envelop behind. When Jens opens it, he sees a golden opportunity to spoil Fien. Simonne and Frank both think that Luc wants Franky's shares and that's why he is so nice to him. Bram has a terrible hangover from his night out with Nancy. Bram is a bit jealous that Franky has his uncle Luc to take care of him. Franky thought about his fathers words from yesterday. He realizes his parents did a lot for him and that Luc can never replace them. Guy is excited to go to therapy with Mayra, but when they get back it seems he can't do anything right for her. Mayra was all negative about him. She tries to nuance things and that she has told him this stuff for years, which he never picked up. He can't see the point in going on with the therapy. Rosa has a new dream. She wants to start up a Bed and Breakfast together with Waldek and Jenny. They like the idea, but where do they get the money from. Femke is glad that Eddy is out of Nancy her head, but she shouldn't go out with Bram too much. She wants to try to stimulate Nancy for a new man. Rafael is waiting with his suitcases ready. He tells Nancy he can leave the hospital if he has somewhere to go where they will look after him. Otherwise he has to go to another hospital in another part of the country.

At Sanitechniek Bram brags about Nancy drinking him under the table and asks the rest if they want to join him tonight. But Guy wants to go to Mayra and Luc drives Franky to his driving lessons, so Bram stays behind alone. Guy want to surprise Mayra and brought flowers. They were supposed to have diner, but she's not at home. He goes to Taxi Ter Smissen to see if she's there. Leo says she was going to take the late shift, but it changed at the last minute. He has no idea where she is. Mayra tried to call Ann all day, but she never answered her phone. Then she looks her up at the doctor's office. Mayra blames Ann for being cold and distant and Ann blames Mayra that if she wants to go for her marriage she shouldn't be here. They keep arguing until suddenly Mayra kisses Ann passionately. Ann can't resist and kisses back. Jens his angry customer came to Leo about his lost envelop. It seems it was about a weekend away for him and his Mistress, so he wouldn't be able to tell his wife anyway he had an envelop in the first place. Jenny and Leo make themselves comfortable at the dispatch with coffee and biscuits. Leo asks her why they don't do the things anymore they did before Yvette got ill? Jenny doesn't know what to answer. Yvette has to go to the bathroom, but since she can't go there alone, Frank has to help her. When she's ready, Frank has fallen asleep and doesn't hear her. Femke notices Rafael is staying with Nancy. She can't see Nancy taking care of Rafael properly since she can hardly take care of herself.

Guy asks Mayra why she was late last night, because they had plans to work on their future together. She says she was doing the late shift, because she took the afternoon off, because of their therapy. Bram is talking a bit too much about women at Sanitechniek. Guy gets annoyed and tells him he should respect women more. Luc has no time to bring Franky to his driving lessons this evening and Bram and Franky decide to make a night out of it. Jenny can't force Leo into making a decision. She thinks he must make that decision himself. Yvette asks Leo if he can stay a little longer until Katrien is there, because she doesn't want Frank to take care of her anymore. Tim gets a sudden visit from Madeleine and André. They're in search of Jens, but he's away for the weekend. Madeleine's TV imploded and André doesn't dare to use his own now, so they want to watch TV with him. Tim sends them a floor down to Julia who isn't very happy with them either, but doesn't send them away. They put the TV on very loud and Katrien and Paulien aren't very happy with the situation either. Femke visits Nancy and Rafael to see how things are going. Nancy tells Rafael that Marianne might go to jail for the fire at Ter Smissen. When Nancy is out of the room, Rafael tells Femke he can't let someone else go to prison for what he has done. He thinks he should turn himself in.

Bram and Franky went out the previous night. Bram is bragging about how many women he could get, but he doesn't want to commit himself. Franky wants more security and he met someone last night he liked. Tibo. But he wants to take things slowly. Guy sees that Luc is tired and asks if he can help in anyway. He already heard about Luc's wedding going wrong. Luc says it was failure number so much. He's probably made to be alone and that's why he works so hard. When Guy and Bram work at Winterlicht, Bram sees Fien. He tries his charms on her and asks her out, but she says no. He's disappointed. Leo and Jenny have breakfast together. Frank sees them together. He tells Simonne. They ask themselves where this is going to. Leo asks Jenny again what her answer is. She thought about it long and hard and she would rather have half a Leo than no Leo. He's very happy with her answer. Katrien has some new exercises for Yvette. Computer games which will stimulate her muscles. Yvette has doubts about this. Femke tries to talk Rafael out of going to the police. Marianne is capable enough not to go to jail and Rafael surely couldn't do jail. He also wouldn't be able to follow his dream of starting up a gallery. In the end Rafael agrees. Paulien has to find a new assignment for school. Julia suggest she should portrait friends. Paulien thinks it's a wonderful idea and starts making couples on paper right away. Geert sees Ann talking to Mayra on the phone. She feels very happy, but Geert has to promise not to say anything yet. Mayra has still to finish her relationship with Guy, but Ann can't see much problems there. Jens talks about his expensive weekend at a hotel with Fien. Leo and Jenny know he took the gift certificate from the annoying client and Leo wants him to pay back every cent by Wednesday.

Bram tells Luc Waldek works at Winterlicht now. He doesn't care. Bram told Guy about how Waldek took Rosa from Luc. He tells Luc that he wouldn't know what he would do if someone took his wife. Waldek and Rosa go for a romantic night to a hotel. Jens tries to lend some money from Tim, but he never lends money to friends. Paulien takes pictures of Tim and Jens for her project. When Tim leaves, Paulien and Jens are left alone and they have a bit of a laugh together. Bram walks by and sees them. Rafael is impressed by Paulien's photo's and he thinks an exposition of them in the Noorderzon would be nice. Peggy agrees. Yvette likes the computer games Katrien took with her as exercises. When Katrien goes, Yvette was supposed to rest, but she keeps playing the game. She's so involved in the game, that she falls of the couch. She can't get up on her own and tries to phone Leo, but can't reach him. Leo is with Jenny sight seeing for a place for their new to be found Bed and Breakfast. When finally Frank reaches Leo, he goes to Yvette together with Jenny. When they put Yvette back on the couch, she shouts at Jenny she should leave. Leo tells her Jenny just needed a taxi, but Yvette hardly believes him.

Tibo stayed the night with Franky. Franky doesn't know what Tibo wants. A serious relationship or just a flirt and neither of them dare to talk about it. Franky wants to pay for his shares in Sanitechniek himself. Bram declares him mad. Jens tells Tim he borrowed money of Leo and now he wants it back. Tim finally lends him the money. Fien sees that Tim gives Jens money and she wants to know why. He tells her everything about how he got the romantic weekend sorted out. Now Tim wants his money back. Fien forgives Jens and wants to chip in. Jens brings the money to Leo and he puts it in a drawer. Jenny is angry with Leo about what happened with Yvette. Yvette is not in a good mood after what happened yesterday. Simonne proposes a rota, so she won't be left alone again. She's against this too. She seriously starts to doubt Leo. Guy thanks Mayra that she finally said something positive about him at the therapists. He asks her why she doesn't talk about her lesbian feelings during the sessions. She has no time to talk anymore and leaves him. Guy goes to Ann. He wants her to leave Mayra alone. They're working on their marriage and she's not a lesbian. Ann tells him he's living a fantasy and Mayra will see she belongs with Ann very soon and he'd better be prepared for it.

Yvette is hooked on the computer games. Paulien is taking pictures of Yvette and Katrien when Franky comes in. He brought cake and they have a nice time. Frank comes in, but wants to leave immediately. Franky tells him he plans to pay for the shares himself and he already made an appointment with the bank and they have to be there tomorrow. Bram is working at Winterlicht and sees Fien again. He tries to chat her up, but she tells him she's with Jens. Then Bram says he saw Jens and Paulien being very friendly to each other the other day. Fien feels jealous and asks Jens about it. He says he's just friends with Paulien and he didn't tell her about it, because he wanted to be Paulien's exposition to be a surprise for her. Rafael asks Paulien if she's ever been to Barcelona. It might be a good idea to have an exposition in his gallery in Barcelona. Paulien is excited. Leo gives Jens his money back with a warning never to do things like that again. Jens learned his lesson. Jenny excuses herself to Leo. She knows how difficult it is for him. Yvette tries to reach Leo on his phone, but his mobile has a flat battery. Simonne tries to calm Yvette down who thinks Leo is with Jenny again and that's why he doesn't want to answer his phone. Simonne goes to Leo and Jenny at Taxi Ter Smissen and demands an explanation from them.

Paulien is very excited about her exposition at the Noorderzon. Rafael gives her a lot of credit in front of everyone. He hopes Femke will be proud of him. He talks to Peter about the exposition and that he might take it to Barcelona together with Paulien. Peter asks him when that is. It can't be soon enough for him, but Rafael says there is a lot to arrange and he's not completely well enough yet. Nancy thinks the photo of Rafael and Femke looks more like two lovers than brother and sister. Bram is also at the exposition, but he doesn't really likes it, especially when he sees Jens, Tim, Paulien and Katrien together making fun. When Bram is back home he tries to provoke Tibo and Franky, but they don't go into that and he goes out alone. Franky and Frank go together to the bank and the shares change hands. Frank doesn't feel very good with this, because it feels like he's losing his son even more. When they come out of the bank, Luc is waiting for Franky to take him to the driving school. Frank looks upon this very submissive. Is he losing his son to his brother? Guy has a heart to heart with Luc. He tells him his wife is in love with someone else. A woman. Luc doesn't know what to say. Mayra finds it difficult to end her 12 year relationship with Guy. Ann understands and gives her all the time she needs.

Luc likes to know how Frank reacted at the bank when Franky took over the shares. Frank didn't like it at all. Luc thinks Franky is on the right track by trying to be more independent. Luc makes time for Franky to give him more driving lessons. Simonne was awake all night because of Franky. Frank thinks Franky will be back very soon with his tail between his legs. Frank starts to take more interest in Peggy. Simonne hopes he doesn't forget he also has a son. Simonne and Frank want Leo to stop with Jenny, but he doesn't intend to, but he will take care of Yvette. They don't need to worry about that. Nancy gets a letter from Eddy. He's sick and asks her to send some painkillers, but he doesn't say what kind. Nancy feels bad, because she went after Guy. She starts drinking and gets sick. Rafael takes care of her. Femke goes to her and tells Rafael to get Britney from school, while she stays with Nancy. Julia and Katrien compliment Paulien with her exposition. It was a success, but Julia keeps having doubts about Rafael. She thinks he's very strange and might not to be trusted. Franky asks Bram to go gaming with him and Tibo. Bram doesn't feel like it. He wants to go to the pub with some old mates of his.

Simonne understands why Franky wants to pay for his own shares. But Frank keeps seeing it as a provocation. Simonne asks him for diner this evening. Franky would like to come, but only if Tibo is invited too. Femke hates it that Nancy is busy with Eddy again. She sees that Rafael is taking care of her, when it should be the other way round. And when Nancy is finally awake, Femke tells her that. Nancy promises to do her best and not to drink again. Peter has doubts about Rafael and his gallery in Barcelona and tries to find information on the Internet about it, but can't find anything yet. Rafael is proud of Paulien, but he also has plans for Katrien. She should be fantastic as a model and he would like to make a portfolio. Paulien will ask her. Fien would like to go out with Jens, but he's far too busy with work. Jens has troubles finding a birthday present for Fien. Tim suggest a jewel made by Mayra. Mayra will make one for him. Fien is sad and when she and Guy have a break in the canteen of Winterlicht, she tells him she thinks Jens forgets her birthday tomorrow. Ann wants to take some distance from Mayra, but when her car has a flat she calls Taxi Ter Smissen. Mayra hears the call. And although she has an appointment with Guy at the therapist, she wants to drive Ann to her appointments.

Guy phones Mayra to remind her about their appointment with the therapist. She says she can't make it, because it's too busy at work. When he gets back to Sanitechniek, he sees Mayra changing Ann's flat tire. Luc advices Guy to radically call it a day with Mayra, or he will end up like him. Guy tells him, it's only over when he says it's over. Guy tells Mayra Ann is the cause of their problems. Mayra tells him they talk more now then they ever did. Guy makes it clear she has to stop her relationship with Ann. Franky tells Simonne about Tibo. She's interested to meet him, but she thinks it's too early for Frank. That evening Simonne, Franky and Tibo have a nice evening together at Franky's apartment. They get to know each other better and Simonne likes Tibo. Leo told Yvette he's working late because he has the accountant over. He asks Frank to tell Yvette the same. When she asks Frank, he confirms the story, but she doesn't believe it. Leo and Jenny both feel they shouldn't go to bed with each other as long as Yvette is this sick and she doesn't know about them yet. Paulien and Rafael persuade Katrien to model. Rafael has big plans and arranged a professional studio. Jens is also there and he asks Paulien if she can make a photo shoot with Fien. She would like that.

Bram feels left out lately and Luc finds him this morning with a hangover in a new bathtub in the storage room. As punishment he has to clean the mess he made in the office once he's sobered up. Guy is angry with Mayra, because she didn't have time for their therapy session, but she did have time to help Ann with her car. She doesn't want to lose Guy, but Ann is also a good friend. Guy tells her, she can't have it both ways and she has to make a choice. Nancy promises Femke she will take better care of Rafael and she has thrown all the beer away. Peter tells Rafael he's interested in his gallery. Rafael talks around the subject, until Peter reveals he knows the gallery went bankrupt. Rafael explains he was in his down period and some artist he believed to be very good, used him. He invested in the man, but when the money was gone, the man was also gone. He pleads with Peter not to say anything to Femke. Leo has stomach problems. Simonne learns from Frank Leo went out to diner with Jenny last night. She's very angry with him, because she thought Leo stopped seeing Jenny. At first Kevin doesn't want to go to court with Rosa and Jenny, because he had troubles with the police earlier. Leo can persuade him to come. Fien is angry with Jens, because she thinks Jens forgot her birthday. Then he reveals he's got something special lined up for her, but it's just not ready yet.

Mayra tells Ann how angry Guy was because of what happened yesterday. Luc notices that Guy is not himself and goes out for a drink with him to the Noorderzon. There Guy tells him what happened. Luc thinks Guy has the right to get some clear answers, but Guy don't know how to get them. Julia also notices Guy is down. What they don't know is that Mayra made her decision and packs her suitcases and leaves the house while Guy is at the Noorderzon. Fien likes the earrings Jens had made for her very much. And then there is also the photo-shoot. Under Rafael's guidance Paulien takes pictures of Fien and Jens. But when Rafael suggests they should do a few of Fien alone, Jens wants to stop. Paulien also thinks it's sensible to stop. Rafael doesn't like it, but has no choice. Nancy has new energy and cleans the house. She has no time to go shopping and Rafael will do it for her. When he's with Femke, he has the groceries with him. Femke notices he also has beer. He says Nancy pleaded with him to buy some, while he didn't want to do it. Femke believes him and takes the beer out of the groceries. Femke tells Peter Rafael can't stay with Nancy any longer, because she's a bad influence on him. She thinks it's better to take him in with them at the loft. Then Peter has enough and tells Femke about Rafael's gallery going bust. She's stunned. The court-case goes very well for Kevin. Marianne is found liable for what happened at Ter Smissen and she has to pay Kevin 25.000 euro. Rosa and Jenny think they now also have a chance to claim money from her, because they lost their livelihood. Yvette misses Leo and wants to go to Ter Smissen. Simonne tells her it's too far for her, because she still has problems walking. Simonne tells her Leo and Jenny just work together. Yvette has doubts and she asks herself what she has Leo to offer these days. Simonne feels very sorry for her.

Guy is late for work and Luc asks him why. Guy explains that Mayra left him. He also tells Luc it's Ann Mayra fell in love with and asks Luc what Ann is like. He tells Guy about Ann's previous love affairs. Because of this, Guy thinks it probably won't last long with Mayra either. He goes to Ann, because he thinks she's there and wants to talk to her. She's not there and Geert sends Guy on his way. Ann phones Mayra who's at her sisters to warn her. When they finally meet, Mayra tells Guy she wants a divorce. Femke is angry with Rafael. She gave him her money from the Noorderzon and he wasted it totally on his gallery in Spain. She goes to him and in the presence of Nancy she tells him he has to go back to Spain. He tries to plead with her, but he can't change her mind. When the time is there, he packs his bags and tries to sweet-talk Nancy and it works. She says he can stay and will think of a way to tell it to Femke. Jenny found a place where they can have their new Bed and Breakfast. Waldek sees it and has plans for it right away. He can do everything on his own. And it is even big enough for Leo his taxi's. Jenny has news from her solicitor and gives Marianne the good news. She will be sued for 30.000 euro. Yvette wants to do too much at once. She's scared she might lose Leo otherwise. Simonne finds the situation becoming very difficult.

Guy tells Mayra about Ann what he heard from Luc about Ann's relationships. Mayra tells him she knows already. She will be collecting her things from their house later and she would appreciate it if he wouldn't be there. But when Mayra picks up her stuff, Guy is there. He wants to talk. He just can't throw away 12 years with her. She tells him she had to force herself with him the last few years and she's through doing that. Jens is impressed by the photos, but when Rafael suggests he wants to take photos of Fien without him, he's far from happy. Fien likes the idea of being a model for Rafael and asks if Jens doesn't trust her. He doesn't say it, but it's clear he doesn't trust Rafael and leaves angry. Rafael tells Femke he doesn't need her support and he will show her he can stand on his own two feet. Julia asks Femke about Rafael and she tells her he's manic depressive, but as long as he takes his pills there's nothing to worry about. Jenny is very enthusiastic about the new place where she plans their Bed and Breakfast and she wants to go to bank immediately for a loan. Marianne wants to fight Jenny in court. She just doesn't agree with the amount of money Jenny wants from her. Geert and Ann try to talk her out of it, but it doesn't work. She's very stubborn. Until Geert has enough and tells her he wants to enjoy life and not being in court every time Marianne doesn't get her way. She finally gives in and Jenny gets her money.

Fien shows Guy the earrings she got from Jens made by Mayra. Hearing that name he starts feeling sad. He explains his situation with Mayra to Fien. It feels like his world has totally crashed. Luc also sees how Guy is suffering and gives him the afternoon off to try and relax and start fresh in the morning. Ann asks Mayra to move in, but she doesn't want to provoke Guy. Jens doesn't like it at all that Fien is going to model for Rafael, but he can't do much about it. He trusts Fien, but not Rafael. Franky wants Bram to have a little more respect for Tibo, because they're both going for a serious relationship. Paulien has the photo's of Katrien ready to send to a modeling agency. Katrien hesitates, but lets her talk into it by Paulien. Julia is not too happy about Paulien giving it up so highly about Rafael. She tells her he's manic depressive. Katrien says that as long as he takes his pills, he can control it very well. Jenny finally gets word that they can buy the place she sought out for their new Bed and Breakfast. She doesn't want to push Leo into going with them, but he says he already made up his mind and wants to follow his heart and run his firm from the new place. Jenny is very happy and kisses him. Meanwhile Yvette keeps nagging Simonne and Frank about going to Ter Smissen to let Leo know she's still very much behind them. Frank thinks Jenny is away and now the time is right, but as they enter Ter Smissen, they see Jenny and Leo kissing.

Marianne asks Ann to bring Mayra to diner tomorrow. Guy can't just sit at home and starts to follow Mayra. He sees her going to a hotel and a few minutes later Ann arrives. He follows them in and listens at the door. He's so angry that he almost crashes in the door when there wouldn't have been a bellboy there. Leo tries to explain to Yvette that he still cares for her and he won't abandon her, but she doesn't want him anymore. When he goes to the house, his bags are already packed and Yvette doesn't want to talk to him. He tells Frank he will take his taxi firm to the new Bed and Breakfast, but will keep all chauffeurs. Jens is angry, because Fien is going through with her modeling for Rafael. Rafael borrowed Paulien's camera. Femke found out about his studio and goes there. She thinks he tries to chat up Fien, but he assures her he's not interested in her. He just wants to get his life back on the rails. She hardly believes him.

Bram and Franky don't like it that Guy isn't at work again today. At the Noorderzon Julia asks Luc about Guy. But Luc doesn't say anything about him. Simonne on the other hand tells her everything about Guy, Mayra and Ann. Fien tells Jens about her photo-shoot with Rafael. About how it didn't feel right anymore at a certain point. She wants to go away with Jens to France for a weekend, but he can't have time off just like that. She's not happy about it and leaves. Jens asks Leo if he can have a week off, but it's not possible. Rafael and Fien meet up at the Noorderzon. He's very satisfied with her as a model and tries to persuade her to do more photo-shoots for him. She absolutely doesn't want to and leaves with Rafael in short distance behind her. Everyone at the Noorderzon sees it. At Winterlicht Guy tells Fien about what happened between him and Mayra and how difficult it is for him to cope with this. He calls her later and they meet up along the canal. He feels better when he talks to her. She understands him and tries to cheer him up. When they go back to the car, he suddenly starts to feel dizzy. Probably from a lack of sleep. She brings him home and sits with him for a while. He reminisces about his time with Mayra in the house and in his mind he sees Mayra in front of him in stead of Fien. She gets scared and tells him to leave her alone or she'll scream. He doesn't want her to scream and holds his hand over her mouth. A bit too long. When he comes back to his senses, she lies there. Dead. Jens tries to reach Fien on her mobile, but he can't get any contact. She should have been home long ago. He doesn't understand it. Tibo takes Franky out for diner and they leave Bram alone. Nancy tries to reach Rafael, because he's late for diner, but can't reach him. She tries it at Peter and Femke, but they also don't know where he is. Katrien gets good news from a modeling agency. They would like to see more pictures of her. Katrien tells Julia the good news, but she sees it differently. She's scared about the whole modeling world and she absolutely doesn't want to let her do it.

Guy still can't believe what he has done. Suddenly he asks himself what happened to Fien her mobile. Jens constantly tries to contact Fien, but can't reach her. He thinks she's angry with him and went to France on her own. At Sanitechniek Bram comes down with a pretty girl and lets everyone know he spend the night with her. Luc sends Franky and Bram to Winterlicht and Guy to the Noorderzon. Guy would have rather gone to Winterlicht, but Luc thinks Guy needs to take things easy and doesn't want to change the planning. Nancy finds Rafael with a hangover on the couch. He doesn't remember where he was that night. He promises her, he will do his best in future. Rafael tells Femke in the Noorderzon that it wasn't easy to be let down by Fien. Jens is also at the Noorderzon to pick up the pictures Fien bought. Guy is just done with his job there and gets some soup from Julia. Jens sees Rafael and immediately accuses him from breaking up his relationship with Fien and tells him it's his fault that she has gone to France. Guy hears this and is a bit relieved. Katrien has doubts if she's to go through with the modeling agency. Paulien thinks she can easily do it. Julia still doesn't want it. She has no trust in the modeling world. Mayra liked her diner at Marianne's and presents her with some flowers. Marianne thinks Ann made a good choice with Mayra. Yvette and Simonne think Frank should quit his job with Leo, but he doesn't want to. Where will he get a new job at his age. Frank wants to interfere a bit more in Leo's firm by saying he can find a better place for his taxi's. Leo thinks the new B&B will be perfect for his firm and he also thinks Yvette will get over him soon. When she's amongst her friends, she will be in the middle of their interests and she loves that. Yvette doesn't want to do her exercises. But when Katrien promises her a little drink afterward, she changes her mind.

Bram stumbles into Sanitechniek. Guy accidentally dropped a drill exactly on his foot. Bram is angry and says one day someone gets killed by Guy's clumsiness. This is too much and Luc and Franky can hardly stop Guy from lunging at Bram. Luc wants to talk to Guy, but he has no time. That evening he goes back to Winterlicht. He searches in Fien her locker for the phone number he gave her. He also checks her phone if the number is in there. It's not and he just takes the piece of paper with his number. Jens is very worried about Fien. He doesn't understand why she broke all contact for a simple row. He keeps phoning her, but there is no answer. Yvette plays on Simonne's emotions to try to persuade her to ask Franky and Tibo over for diner. Simonne asks Frank. He doesn't care what she does, but he won't take any part in it. Waldek accidentally comes up with a name for the new Bed and Breakfast. Zus en Zo. Femke asks Rafael why he came between Fien and Jens. He says he didn't do that, because he doesn't see anything in Fien that way. Paulien wants to talk to Rafael. She says she knows he's manic depressive and that she knows it from Julia. Femke told Julia. She doesn't want to go on with their project anymore. Rafael is angry with Femke, because she told Julia. She thought she did nothing wrong by telling and she certainly didn't want Rafael to stop his project with Paulien, because it seemed to do him a lot of good.

Luc is surprised to see Guy so bright and early at work. He's very sorry about what happened with Bram yesterday, but this morning he feels better and more at ease. At the Noordezon they exchange experiences. Luc also was very angry when Rosa dumped him and he did things which he regrets now. Guy feels the same. Luc tells him he just has to go through this phase, but it will get better. Julia tells him she's recently divorced and she knows how he feels. If he ever wants to talk to someone, she'll be happy to lend him an ear. Jens is trying everything to find out where Fien is. He gets hold of the phone number of the friend Fien was talking about in France. She tells him, Fien never contacted her and she isn't there. Franky gets a phone call from Simonne who asks him for diner together with Tibo. He doesn't know if he's going to take this invitation. Luc is quick to say he would like to have a drink with him and Tibo any day. Franky appreciates this. Bram brought back two girls last night and Franky and Tibo could hear it all night. They're not too happy about his behavior. Femke doesn't feel good about telling Julia about Rafael. Peter thinks she did the right thing. Everyone should hear about Rafael's illness. That way they're warned. Julia still doesn't trust Rafael, but Katrien and Paulien think it's alright as long as he takes his medication. Paulien goes to Rafael to excuse herself for what she said yesterday. She would like him to help her with pictures of Katrien for the modeling agency. He gladly accepts it. The first potential buyers come to look around at Ter Smissen. Rosa and Jenny don't make it easy for Marianne.

Mayra comes to the Noorderzon. Guy sees her, but walks past her without saying anything. Mayra doesn't understand it. Ann thinks this might be a good sign. At Winterlicht Madeleine asks Guy if he's seen Fien lately, because she misses her a bit. Bram and Franky also hear this. Guy says he has no idea where she is. Jens searches everywhere for Fien, but still can't find her. At Winterlicht he asks the director if he has seen her. Guy overhears this. He asks Jens about Fien. Jens tells him that he just feels there is something wrong. That evening at home, Guy sees everything that happened between him and Fien again in his mind and he doesn't feel right about it at all. Bram challenges Tibo to game with him, but Tibo is no match. Franky will show him how it's done. Tibo notices Bram and Franky are getting along very well at this point and turns the TV off. He persuades Franky to accept his mother's invitation. When they're there, Frank is also at the table, but he doesn't say anything all evening. When Franky, Tibo and Frank are alone for a moment, Franky and Frank try to provoke each other. The next morning Yvette is very happy. She proposes they have a diner like that every week. Frank almost chokes in his coffee. Katrien has new pictures and she sends them to the agency. Paulien proposes the three of them celebrate this, but Katrien says she still has some studying to do. She realizes Paulien would rather be alone with Rafael. When Peggy picks up Sandrine, Marianne immediately says she's not to take her to the garage. That's much too dangerous and she wants her home on time. Ann explains Mayra what is going on between Mayra and Peggy.

Bram tells Luc that Guy finished Winterlicht on his own last night. Luc rewards him with an easy job. Bringing the van in for a check-up. On his way there, he damages the side mirror and is completely upset about it. Luc advices him to see a doctor, because Luc thinks he isn't over his break up with Mayra yet. Jens has tried everything to find Fien, but doesn't get anywhere. Even her parents don't know where she is. Tim thinks it's time to bring in the police. Inspector Boons immediately goes to work and checks all accidents in Belgium and France and checks all hospitals. No sign of Fien. They decide to continue the search, get more publicity and hang up posters. Jens wants to hang up a poster at the Noorderzon. Guy is also there when Jens hangs up the poster about Fien gone missing. Luc asks Franky about his diner with his mother and grandmother yesterday. He tells him Frank was also there, but he won't take anything anymore from his dad. Luc is proud of him. Tibo thinks Franky should be a bit more careful with his father. He shouldn't force things. Simonne thinks it's a good idea to ask Franky and Tibo over a bit more in future. Frank and Leo don't get along very much at the moment. Frank thinks he's caught up between Yvette, Simonne and Leo and doesn't like it at all. Julia doesn't like it that Paulien is full of Rafael. Paulien tells her it's just professional. She doesn't feel anything for him. Rafael comes by and tells Julia that Paulien has a lot of talent. When she asks about his gallery in Barcelona, he also invites her to come. The modeling agency contact Katrien and want to see her. But first she wants Julia's approval. She doesn't want to do anything behind her back. Julia finally gives in. Ann is tired of Marianne's constant remarks and interfering in businesses which don't concern her. Marianne doesn't see what she's doing wrong. Marianne is scared she won't sell Ter Smissen as long as Jenny, Rosa and Waldek are there. Femke thinks Rafael will leave her alone now he's got that project going with Paulien and wants to spend more time with Peter.

Guy is waiting outside Sanitechniek, because the door is still closed. He sees Mayra coming out of the doctor's house. She tells him they need to talk about the divorce. He doesn't want to and is glad when Luc arrives. Luc, Guy and Franky see Bram with his fifth flame this week. Later Bram gets a phone call from one of them, but can't remember which one it is. Everyone is full of the fact that Fien is missing. Katrien even wants to cancel her meeting with the modeling agency, but Paulien can persuade her to go. Jens is at the police station to ask if he can do anything. He sees Fien's parents coming out of Boons's office. They ask him about the row Fien and Jens had just before she disappeared. He says it was nothing, but feels guilty right away. Tim asks Boons to be on the team, but he's too personally attached and is not allowed. Later he finds out Gitta is going to work with Boons. Jens tells them about Fien's photo-shoot with Rafael and that she didn't feel comfortable with him. Then they go to Rafael to ask him about what happened. He admits he had a meeting with her at the Noorderzon the day she disappeared, but they both went each others ways and he went home straight after. He tells them Nancy can confirm this. Yvette knows it's Leo's birthday this Friday and can't bare the thought he's celebrating this with Jenny.

Nancy confirms Rafael's alibi in front of the police. He was at her place all evening and night the day Fien disappeared. The police thinks it's all a bit strange, but can't do much. Guy and Luc are at lunch at the Noorderzon when Jens steps in. He asks Luc if he wants to put up posters of Fien. They also overhear Jens, Katrien and Julia talking about Rafael and that he has been questioned in connection with Fien. Julia doesn't trust Rafael anymore and warns Katrien again. Guy wants to know more about Rafael. Luc tells Guy a bit about Rafael's father Mike. He hopes Rafael is not like Mike. The police also ask Femke about what happened between Rafael and Fien that day at the Noorderzon. She says they parted in a normal way, but doesn't know what they did after they left. Femke goes to Rafael and Nancy and hears about their false alibi. Rafael assures her he has nothing to do with Fien's disappearance. She remembers Nancy pounding on her door that night, because she didn't know where Rafael was. Nancy asks her not to say anything to the police. Katrien comes back from the modeling agency and is a bit disappointed. She's not suitable as a model, but they do like her face. Frank is bad mouthing Leo in front of Mayra.

Boons and Gitta enter Sanitechniek. They want to question Guy, Bram and Franky, because they worked at Winterlicht where Fien also worked. Franky hardly saw Fien, but Guy and Bram did. Luc doesn't want them to question Guy and Bram during work hours, so they have to go the police station during their lunch break. Guy tells Boons and Gitta Bram tried it on with Fien, but she wasn't very charmed with him. Guy tells them he had to come between them once and that Waldek can verify this. When they question Bram, they tell him what Guy told them. Bram says he has an alibi for the night Fien disappeared, but he can't remember the girl's name or number. The police tell him, he can think about it behind bars. Fien's mother visits Jens. She wants to have an idea where Fien lived lately. Mayra asks Guy again to get their divorce settled without any lawyers. Guy tells her that's not going to happen, because he doesn't want a divorce. Peter feels Femke conceals something from him. He doesn't want any secrets between them and she agrees. Then she tells him about Rafael's false alibi. Rafael asks Leo if he can help renovating the new B&B. They all think it's a good idea, but Rosa wants to think about it. She's heard about Rafael from Jens. Rafael tells Femke about this and she goes to Rosa. She tells Rosa she's disappointed in her. Rosa thinks about it and realizes she might have been a bit to quick to judge. Geert and Marianne check out the new B&B. Someone on a bike passing tells them it used to be a place for swingers. She thinks this is very funny. When Leo, Waldek, Jenny and Rosa come, she wishes them a lot of luck, but doesn't tell them what she found out. Jenny wants to plan a big party for Leo's birthday.

Guy tells Franky and Luc that Bram has to stay at the police station, because he can't remember the name of the girl he was with that night. Franky is scared the police will put pressure on Bram because of the stabbing. Luc assures him Bram will never say anything about it. Franky decides to search for the girl. But when he has found her and goes to the police with her, Boons is not there. Tim phones her and Boons says to come back tomorrow. Franky is angry about this. Femke defends Rafael in front of Peter. She asks him to give Rafael a chance. For her. The police ask Peggy about what she remembers when Fien and Rafael were at the Noorderzon. She tells them they had heavy arguments and Fien left with Rafael running after her. The police go back to Femke, but she repeats what she said earlier. When Femke and Peter are alone again, Peter tells her she has a choice; either she will say the truth about Rafael or he will. Jens is scared they will never find Fien. Katrien comforts him. Marianne talks to Nancy about the new B&B of Jenny and Rosa. She tells Nancy not to talk to anyone about what the place used to be. Guy talks to Julia about Mayra. He realizes it's no use to stop the divorce. Julia thinks it might be best for him to see a lawyer.

Luc tells Guy he can not believe Bram has anything to do with the disappearance of Fien. Franky is still angry with Boons. Tibo asks him what it is between him and Bram. He doesn't want to talk about it. Later that day Franky finds Bram back home and is relieved. Rafael asks Paulien if she can lend him her camera. Julia thinks it's a bad idea, but Paulien trusts Rafael and gives it him. Femke thinks long and hard and finally goes to the police. She meets Rafael somewhere outside and tries to explain to him he might need help and she told the police about her false alibi. The police are there and arrest him. Guy tells Mayra he's got a lawyer and gives her their wedding photo. It surprises her. It's Leo's birthday and they have a surprise party for him at Ter Smissen. To everyone's surprise Yvette and Franky show up. Yvette congratulates Leo and gives him a bunch of flowers. Directly after she leaves again.
