Conan, Ran and Eisuke's search for Eisuke's sister brings them to a mansion where he used to live - just as the house owner winds up dead in a suspicious suicide. Meanwhile, Conan starts to worry that Eisuke has an ulterior motive.
With their mole exposed and dead, the Black Organization realize Rena is being held at the hospital and launches wave upon wave of distractions and deceptions upon the FBI.
As Rena's location has been exposed to the Black Organization, the FBI composes a plan to sneak her out of the hospital while the Organization's operatives prepare to intercept them.
With Rena back in the organization, Gin becomes suspicious and sends her on a difficult assignment to prove her loyalty. Meanwhile, Conan investigates the murder of the president of a talent agency when Agent Camel becomes a suspect.
