Ferdynand comes to a conclusion that Boczek is even worse than Pazdzioch. Marian has a similar opinion about their neighbor. They try to prove that Arnold isn't as good a person as he seems.
Marian's mother comes to visit him. He was lying to her about his job and life. Pazdzioch asks his neighbors to take part in a hoax, so that his mom won't find out the truth.
Ferdynand suffers from insomnia. He finds out that Pazdzioch also has this condition. Marian introduces Ferdek to a small group of insomniacs, who watch the sky every night instead of sleeping.
Ferdynand critisizes everything and everyone. Halina goes with him to a theater, but he doesn't like the performance. He decides to share his thoughts and opinions on the internet.
During a city work on Cwiartki street, construction workers find a human skeleton. While Boczek says this is just the beginning of paranormal events, Pazdzioch thinks those are the remains of a certain pre-war German industrialist.
Pazdzioch is writing a movie that shows downsides of Poland. Protagonist of the film is based on Ferdynand, but he's a negative character. Kiepski decides to make his own movie, which as opposed to Marian's work, is supposed to be much more optimistic.
By using a psychotest, Halina finds out that her husband doesn't know anything about sex. Ferdek wants to educate himself on the topic, so alongside Boczek they go into the internet, literally.
Tenement's residents are visited by an inspector from the National Inspection of Life Safety and Hygiene. His goal is to make them aware about various dangers and give them a mandatory safety training.
Ferdynand and Pazdzioch find out that Boczek never had sex. That information shocks the neighborhood. Ferdek thinks that his neighbors are overdramatizing it.
Marian's car gets struck by a lightning with him inside. His neighbors think it's a punishment for his wrongdoings. They decide to confess to their sins, so this won't happen to them. Ferdek says that he has clear conscience, and doesn't have to confess.
Pazdzioch tells Ferdynand that during the PRL times Boczek was a communist informant. Later, Marian hangs a list of everyone in the neighborhood who betrayed their country on the toilet door.
Halina is angry with Ferdek because unlike his neighbours, he doesn't have a hobby. Meanwhile Pazdzioch makes a vegetable patch on the hall, and Boczek finds passion in photography.
