Beginning of the journey at La Boca: Ismaël meets Elise Barbot who has a gift for him: the soccer jersey of Diego Maradona when he won the FIFA World Cup 1986 (the famous number 10).They have a ride through Buenos Aires (talking about the tango, Evita Perón, Carlos Gardel and the film "Cry for me Argentina".They arrive at a bar, Elise was teaching tango to Colin and later Ismaël dances a tango with Elise.After that Ismaël travels to Tilcara ( 2.500 meters above sea level) where he meets Santos Manfredi, the llamas breeder.They take a mountain road: stop in a place where they make an offering to the Pacha Mama (coca leaves) for their protection in this travel, they chew some coca leaves to prevent the altitude sickness and arrive at the "Salinas Grandes": they walk on the salt flat and buy blocks of salt for the animals.Back to Tilcara they spend a moment feeding the llamas and they have a walk with the llamas (a training for the touristic walks).Later Ismaël is at the nature reserve of Aldea Luna: Martin Javier Baldoni has bought this land to protect the biodiversity: Elizabeth Amar, Martin's wife and Anna , Martin' daughter are also there: they have a walk in the forest and meet then Alejandro Schaaf, a researcher who has installed camera traps and they look at the videos of a dwarf wild boar and a margay.Later Ismaël plants a tree on the top of a hill.After that Ismaël is at the "Estancia El Bordo de las Lanzas" where is riding with Agustin Arias looking for the cows and the calves: back to the estate Agustin tells the story of the estate (founded in 1572) , the opening of the doors to the tourists.Agustin gives Ismaël a gaucho-costume and they have a horseback riding through the wild part of the estate: in the night the traditional asado, music and and dances. Beginning of the journey at the Lake Lovatnet: Ismaël meets there Matthieu Tordeur and they swim in the cold waters of the lake.Then Ismaël and Matthieu are in Bergen: they take the funicular railway of the Fløybanen to Mount Fløyen: Matthieu talks about his crossing of the Antarctic in 2018.Then they return to Bergen, visit Bryggen, the wooden houses neighborhood and they go to a fish shop where they buy a dried cod (stockfish).They travel to the Fjord Hardanger where they meet Robin Dale Oen who manages the Academy called "Dale Oen experience", they make a kayak trip on the fjord, they visit the chalet with green roof of Robin Dale.On the morning they meet the young men at the Academy: today boat tour to an islet and climbing a 25 meter high wall: these physical challenges help the young to their self improvement: Then Matthieu and Ismaël take in Bergen the Coastal Express of Hurtigruben company and they will stop at the island of Svanøy: Ismaël meets Gro Sveeen who is harvesting branches of juniper for the smoking of salmon. Then they meet Trond Sveen , Gro's father, who manages a salmon farm since 1972: with an electric boat they go the the farm, where they meet Elin Tyeit Sveen, Gro's mother.: 4 pools with 90.000 fishes each one, high technology (automatic feeding, water control, etc), control of the salmon louses using the cleaner fishes called wrasses.In the night Matthieu has joined Ismaël and they have supper with all the Sveen family: smoked salmon or sushi salmon. Then Matthieu and Ismaël walk in the mountains to reach the Storbreen glacier, the walk then with crampons on the glacier and meet Liss Marie Andreassen, a glaciologist who has been studying this glacier for 20 years ( 200 meters back), later they go to Lake Juvvanet and they visit an ice-cave where also they can see the consequences of the climate change.In the mountain they make a bivouac and they can see the polar lights (aurora borealis). Brésil, les trésors du Nordeste
Beginning of the journey in Recife: Jérôme meets Gabi Carvalho, a professional dancer of "frévo" and she shows him how to dance "frévo". Then they walk through the historical center of Recife and see the first synagogue of the Americas (built in the 17th century by Jewish Dutch colonizers).They notice the street jobs (a barber and a knife sharpener) and arrive at the market where they taste a "bolo de rolo", pastry made with crepes and guava paste.Later they meet Sophie Foray, a French poetess and educator who declaims a poem from the book "Cordel para Recife".On the next day Gabi and Jérôme are in Olinda: from a terrace they can see the beaches of Olinda and Recife.On the street they see giant puppets and pay a visit to Silvio Bothelho, the puppet maker for the Carnival of Olinda ( he has made about 1600 giant puppets which are used in the carnival , but also in weddings and burials).Later Jérôme meets the dance company of Gabi and in the street Gabi, Jérôme and the dancers dance "frévo".After that Jérôme travels to Porto de Galinhas where he meets Savio Renato Aciolo, a shipwright who is making the "jangadas", rafts with a mast: there are still 150 "jangadas" in the town now used for the boat tours of the tourists.Then Jérôme and Savio take a raft and go snorkeling in the sea. Later at Narooma Sophie and Jacob take make a boat tour to the island of Montague and go snorkeling among the sea lions. Sophie follows her travel to Melbourne with Noémie Seck (an ecologist) and they go to Phillip Island where they meet Daniel Kallstrom who works in the Koala Conservation Reserve : they have a walk and see the koalas.They arrive at Wilsons Promontory , a national park of 50.000 hectares: they see a wombat in the bush and hide a camera trap.On the morning they see the pictures of an echidna and have a walk in the forest: the Banksia cerrata tree is fire tolerant.After that Sophie and Noémie are kayaking on the Yarra River in Melbourne: Noémie explains that Melbourne people are very friendly (about 140 different nationalities live together in this town).They go to a famous street for its urban art , especially a huge painting of an Aboriginal woman. They cross the Royal Ardade of Melbourne and go by tramway to Queen Victoria Market: they stop at a cheese shop and the vendor gives them pieces of sheep cheese, goat cheese and cheddar to taste.In another shop they see items made with the Banksia flowers.Finally Sophie travels to Birregurra where she meets the chef Dan Hunter: they see the olive trees (brought by the Italians and Spanish immigrants) and they harvest 40 different flowers and vegetables: each flower or vegetable is cooked separately and Dan offers Sophie a plate of fresh flowers and vegetables. Un printemps en Provence
Beginning of the journey somewhere in a town of Provence: Ismaël is playing petanque with André Horard and then they visit the olive trees plantation of André.After that Ismaël travels to Antibes where he meets the rose grower Matthias Meilland: they visit a typical market and then go to the rose garden of Matthias who shows him the "Monica Belucci" rose, one of his creations.Later they go to the the seaside at Antibes and visit the "Villa Eilenroc", a mansion which has been donated to the town of Antibes and is now open to the public, there is also a rose garden with roses donated by Matthias.Later they pay a visit to the rose grower Fabrice Bianchi, the jasmine and cabbage rose producer for the famous "Chanel 5 " perfume and see the harvest and the distillation of the rose flowers.After that Ismaël is with Maxime Raux, a guide, at the "Point Sublime" of the Verdon Gorge: they go down the gorge and swim in the river (rando aquatique).On the next day Ismaël meets in Lourmarin Nadia Sammut- the unique French chef specialized in gluten free cuisine and also one Michelin star, she uses above all local products-.They walk through the hills and drink a rosemary tea.Later they pay a visit to Jean-Pierre Jugnier, a truck farmer who produces flowers and shows them a variety of broccoli, Nadia picks some marigolds and nasturtium flowers and later prepares for Ismaël a delicious gluten free meal.After that Ismaël travels with Delphie Thierry, a perfumer, they stop in a forest to smell some wild flowers and arrive at the laboratory of Delphine at Saint-Césaire-sur-Siagne: Ismaël prepares his own perfume with lentisk and thyme essential oils.Finally Ismaël arrives at the "Institut Saint Paul de Mausole" where he harvests some peony with Marie, then talks with the psychiatrist Jean-Marc Boulon about the art therapy in this place and helps the women patients to make a painting of flowers. Besides we see zooms about the flower parade of the Lavandou , about the production of peonies, about the flower market of Hyères with its daily auction, about the observance of the birds in the Verdon Gorge (the griffon vulture's nest), about the village of Correns and its organic farming, about the green walls promoted by Hélène Daumas in the Hotel Byblos in Saint-Tropez,about the young Elsa Metaire and her learning in a plant nursery about the agricultural school of the Alpilles with its olive trees plantation.
