Beginning of the journey in Jutis, a 40 inhabitants village of Lapland: Raphaël meets Guido Van den Berg, the founder of Moose Camp Jutis: Guido and Raphaël travel by snow scooter to a frozen lake and they fish trouts.In the night Guido prepares oven baked trouts: and a surprise "Surströmming", the famous Swedish fermented herring that Guido and Raphaël eat with potatoes, bread, onions and tomatoes. Then Raphaël travels to Gammelstad near Luleå: he meets there Elin-Alexandra Sundstrom with two women playing Swedish folkloric music and Raphaël learns to dance a traditional Swedish dance: Elin-Alexandra and Raphaël visit the village (a church and 408 small houses for the people who were coming to the church) using a kicksled (in French trotinette des neiges): they visit one of these houses, drink coffee and eat cakes.Then they go to the school again on kicksled to look for the daughter of Elin.On the morning Elin and Raphaël go the Hindersön island by snow scooter: there Catarina Johanson of the Jopikgarden inn prepares for them marinated and smoked salmon: they speak about the people living in the islands and about the solidarity between them.Later they enter into an ice-hall and listen to ice music: Tim Lindhart, an ice sculptor has created this music played with ice music instruments.Later Raphaël travels to Stockholm: he goes to the Långholmen Hotel (a former prison): the manager Ola Nyman tells him the story of the restored building and shows him his room (a cell without bars).Then Raphaël meets Alexander Ruas, a journalist and coffee toaster,: they walked through the city , enjoy the neighborhood of Södermalm (where many artists live), later they take the Stockholm underground where Maria Andersson , a cultural guide, shows them the paintings and statues on the stations.By night they arrive at the workshop of Alexander who prepares coffee, his friend Milla has coming and all together they take fika (coffee and cakes), a Swedish tradition.Later Raphaël travels to Arvidsjaur,where he meets a captain of the Swedish army: this day the soldiers will make a 50 kilometer cross country skiing race (the temperature is minus 15 degree).Finally Raphaël meet Christophe Tinseau (now tests pilot) at Arjeplog; the French pilot invites Raphaël to drive a 4x4 Subaru on the frozen lake of Ebbenjarka. Beginning of the journey in the "Cirque de Gavarnie": Jérôme has walked with Laurent Gahery to this place with a great waterfall (422 meters high): they meet Joseph Thirante, a writer and photographer who was observing the Pyrenean chamois (in French izard): then they walked down the mountain, see some old water mills and arrive at a sport center: Fanny Sauret will be their guide for a rafting tour on the river.Finally they jump from a bridge into the river and eat a cabbage soap at the restaurant "Chez Loulou". After that Jérôme meets in Lourdes Philippe Subercazes ( travel in the funicular railway to 1.000 meters above sea level, walk through Lourdes, the Door of Saint Joseph , the basilica of the Rosary, the talk with Nicole Argentière, the florist of the sanctuary and the visit of the Cave of the sanctuary).In the next day Jérôme is in Pau with Julie Boustingorry (visit of the castle of Pau, the story of the King Henry IV and the boiled chicken-the chef Etienne Rozes-). Zhengzhou has its own gastronomy: we meet Wei Chen, a famous Chinese chef who goes to the market looking for products (yams) and then near the Yellow River to buy carps: in one of his 10 restaurants he prepares the carp in sweet and sour sauce. Zhengzhou is also famous for the Yu opera in which men play feminine roles: we meet Dezhi Lian, an opera singer and his mentor Meiling Hu, a former yu opera singer who explain that the Yu opera treats about the traditions of the Henan Province. Then Raphaël goes to the Shaolin Temple where he meets the shaolin master Shi Yan Lun who explains why this place is very important: it's the first Zen Buddhist temple in China, the monks developed the kung fu to defend themselves against enemies and later they developed the traditional Chinese medicine (acupuncture).The temple received 25 African interns who who will improve their kungfu abilities. Malaisie, de Kuala Lumpur à Malacca

The government is promoting the unity of all the different communities.
