Raya and Tuktuki are painting a gift of friendship day for Ikri and they want to keep it a secret until it's completed. When Ikri asks them to come and play with her Raya and Tuktuki refuse because they are busy. Ikri is upset thinking that they don't like her anymore. Seeing Ikri upset, Asha advises her to relax by taking long breathes and dance. After a while Ikri feels happy. Later, Tuktuki and Raya come to show their painting which makes Ikri very happy and then she starts showing them the dance that she has been practicing. Raya and Tuktuki join with her dancing and singing. Afterwards,, Shiku, Tuktuki, Ikri, Halum ask Asha to come with them to enjoy sunset besides the river bank. Asha tells them that she will join later after she finishes arranging book. Realizing that by that time Asha might miss the sunset all of them offer Asha to help. Asha explains them the arrangement system of the library and very quickly they finish the work. But after that everyone seems having fun in reading the book they are interested in and tell Asha that they will go to see sunset later.

Asha's going to practice riding a cycle as she got some order of sewing designed blankets and now it will be easier for her if she uses cycle as transport. Guni, Tuktuki and Ikri are there to help her practicing. Despite all the doubts and nervousness of Asha, she manages to ride the cycle very well even though there's a occurrence of break fail but she pulls it off very well. Tuktuki then examine the cycle which she learned from bicycle repairer Akhil. Gaining the confidence Asha leaves the spot for market with Guni, Ikri and Tuktuki's long shopping list. Afterwards, Shiku and Tuktuki are playing cooking with Shiku's new kitchen set. At the course of playing cooking first they have to settle for stove, then spoon and then plate by taking turn since there's only one equipment to play with and both of them want two different things each time. After preparing their food Raya wants to participate in the game too but again the dilemma of who's going to serve their food first comes. Then Raya gives solution of having Tuktuki's rice with Shiku's vegetable curry by taking turns.

Ikri and Tuktuki are pretending to swim under the sea in their imaginary world. Bahadur comes to ask them to play and finds them acting to swim. Bahadur proposes to go to pond instead of pretending but surprises to hear that none of them know how to swim. Bahadur offers to teach them swimming and after all them suited up with safety gear for the swim Ikri shows disinterest to learn today since the water is too cold. Later on, Khoka Mia wants to have snacks from Halum's food van. Halum offers him food prior to Khoka Mia's order except drinking water. Khoka Mia then explains the sources of safe drinking water and asks Halum to serve water from those sources only.the story ended with Khoka Mia being fainted as Halum asks him to wait for 3 long days for the water since he has to make a safe tubewell and it will take some time for him to complete.

Today, we learn about balanced diet, colorful food and where food comes from. We also take a look at how food is grown and harvested and how food comes to plates. In a later segment, the vegetable champion comes in a class room who are learning about balanced diet. The children corrects every time the champion makes a mistake. The children eat three types of food that gives energy, grows and makes stronger.

The red light stops Ikri and Bahadur each time they try to cross the road to go to the vegetable fair. We learn about professions of A.M postman and A.M Bookseller on the way. The vegetable champion tries to help them while they look right and left and cross the road safely. The champion has done it again. But did he? Later on, we learn about railway safety, railway signals, pesticide safety, stranger safety and learning to be cautious.

It's Tuktuki who wishes to help everyone at Sisimpur. One by one, she dressed as firefighter, postman and police but no one seemed to need her help at that moment. In the process Tuktuki explains the work of each profession and she actually helps people without her knowledge. At the end, Guni Moyra cheers her up by pointing out the help that she does being herself. Realizing that Tuktuki's enthusiasm of helping ends by asking Guni what help she can be done for him at his shop.

Sherali has a sour throat. How will he wake everyone up in the morning? Shiku brings a A.M doctor who tell him to eat vegetables and drink water. Shiku also brings a tape recorder that Sherali will play his voice the three days he will take to recover. Later on, we learn about visiting doctors, taking care of a pregnant mother, taking vitamin A capsule, immunization, healthy eating and physical exercise.

Shiku introduces Lizard with Manik-Ratan. After observing Lizard carefully they find that he doesn't have any tail. Without giving Shiku any chance to explain they immediately rushes out from the spot to look for the lizard tail which they think was lost. Their search continues from Tuktuki to Halum. Tuktuki explains the difference between braids and tail and only animal have tails. Halum explains the difference between lizard's tail and his tail. After fruitless search they sadly come to the previous spot where Shiku and Lizard's chatting. Lizard then shows them the life cycle of the fall off and regrows of his tail. Later on, Ikri comes to a vegetable garden and starts to count the flowers of a ridge gourd tree. Suddenly she sees one by one the flowers are missing. Tuktuki comes and tells her that flowers blossom and dies eventually and new flowers come from it which give birth to fruits and vegetables.

Someone has closed the grass field so Parbati couldn't eat anything so she cannot give milk to Ikri. Ikri brings nutritious and healthy fried fish, egg and wood apple but Parbati that a cow food is different from this. Parbati likes to eat green soft baby grass. Meanwhile, Elmo is guarding the field with "Field closed" signboard so that no one can enter into the field and Parbati can enjoy the fresh grass. Seeing this Bahadur explains Elmo even though it's a brilliant idea but like others Parbati won't be able to eat grass and give milk to Elmo. Realizing that Elmo removes the sign and Parbati happily runs towards the field and starts gobbling the grass.

Shiku works on a computer and each of the characters passes through Shiku's health gate. The sign of the each healthy habit they completed blinks and they receive fruits as rewards. Finally Khepu comes and to their surprises he has completed all his healthy habits. Then we learn about observing Hand Washing Day at school, and a man and woman buying a balanced diet from market.

Everyone sings and dances and tells the three types of balanced diet and their importance. Afterwards, we play Shiku's "Can you tell?" competition. Khepu is blindfolded. He has to touch the fruits that will appear in front of him by touching only. Khepu succeeds all the time saying the benefits and characteristics of Jackfruit, Litchi and Pineapple. But as a gift he wants the seeds and peels.

A fish came to visit Sismpur and got lost. Ikri and Elmo find the fish. The fish is having trouble to breath and Ikri and Elmo is trying to give it air by several means. But they failed. Shiku arrives and tells them that a fish cannot live on the ground but needs water to breath. Shiku brings a water filled box called an aquarium. The fish jumps in. they ask the fish questions and the fish replies what she eats, about her family etc. now they take her out to show around Sisimpur. We also take a look at the importance of protecting biodiversity for future generation (breeding process of fish and animal or saving extinct plants and trees). Khokamia comes at the river bank on a holiday to rest peacefully. He is enjoying himself till Halum arrives as a tree seller. Halum wants to ensure the best environment for Khokamia to rest. He explains the benefits of trees and starts to bring large trees on a tub one by one. Khokamia just wants to rest by himself but Halum is on a role. Khoka starts to get angry and finally asks Halum for a mango tree to stop all the nuisance and Halum brings a small mango plant. Khoka faints.

Our Sisimpur friends teach us how food is grown and the process from seeds to plates. Raya and Tuktuki have made fake cucumber and carrot for Mukul and coloring them at the Banyan tree. They go away to have snacks when Manik-Ratan comes and finds the fake food and goes to eat. Raya and Tuk comes and stops them and explains why eating safe food is important.

Tuktuki comes to the Banyan tree and falls asleep. Halum brings placards so that no one makes sounds while she sleeps. However, the taxi driver honks and Bombay mixer comes to disturb. At last Halum himself gets tired and snores and wakes Tuk up.

Ikri and Tuktuki are having a sleep over. Ikri wakes up each time and thanks her fingers, toes, hands, eyes, etc. and makes Tuktuki wake up to thank too. Finally she is sleep while Tuktuki cannot sleep anymore and starts thanking again by herself.

Khepu has lost his favorite toy Tomtom. Ikri tries to cheer him up with mango, flowers and her doll Timtim. But Khepu does not like fresh mango or nice flowers. Suddenly he finds Tomtom which is different than Timtim. Each of us can like two different things and still be friends. This is a lesson in conflict resolution, negotiation and compromising.

They are voting for a cricket captain at the Banyan tree. Bahadur tells them the rules of voting and some human children, A.M and the main characters vote for their captain. Tuktuki is selected and she wants Halum to be the fielding coach and Munni as the batting coach for her team.

Khoka wants to travel by boat and comes to the bank. He calls for the boatman and it is Halum. Khoka turns to go but Halum puts all the necessary arrangements needed to ensure a safe and sound boat ride; a life jacket, a buoy on the waist, coconut coir, a ball and banana trunk. He gives him the paddle and tells him to row the boat himself. We also learn about rescue techniques and water danger related signs as well as life guards.
