This stunning abandoned century home was built in the 1860's per city records. It had a number of owners over the years. It was sold a few years ago for 1.3 million dollars. Later on the government bought the land so they can build a road through the property. Sadly it will be demolished.

This abandoned Mediterranean-style mansion was built in the 1920's. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is approx. 9700 square feet. It also has a guest house that is approx 3000 sqf. The property is located in Florida, USA and sits on 17 acres with 1200 feet of shoreline. Khalil bin Laden, Osoma Bin Laden's brother bought this mansion for his family in 1980 for 1.6 million dollars. Shortly after the 911 attacks in 2001 the bin Laden's fled their home with a police escort in fear for their life and safety. The FBI interviewed Khalil bin Laden after the terrorist attacks and there was no indication he had any links to terrorism that took place. Once they left the mansion there was reports of vandalism and even people coming in shooting up the place with guns. In 2006 the bin laden family sold this mansion to a business man for 4 million dollars. Shortly later the man went bankrupted. It was then sold in 2007 for 1.7 million dollars. Then in 2012 the mansion was leased out until 2014 when a couple bought the mansion for 2 million dollars. The couple bought the property so they could demolish and develop the property into a luxury apartment complex with over 240 units. The town officials and locals in the area did not approve the new construction of this apartment complex. In 2019 the couple later filled for bankruptcy. It was then sold to a development company for over 7 million dollars. It has been sitting abandoned for years.

This Massive abandoned Mediterranean style mansion on the beach was built in 1928. It has gone through a number of owners over the years. It has 7 bedroom 5 bathrooms and is 12,000sqf This beach side mansion was bought by a Doctor as a summer mansion in 2017 for 3 million dollars. Nothing much has been done to this mansion over the years. In September 2022 Hurricane Ian hit Florida and caused more damage to this house. The future of this abandoned mansion is unknown but for now it sits abandoned and nature is slowly taken it over.

The Army Navy Hospital in Arkansas is the first Federal Military Hospital in the United States. The Army Navy Hospital opened to patients in January 1887. It was led by the Secretary of War but control was handed over to the U.S Army in 1957. Approximately 15,000 patients were emitted during the years of war. The Army Navy Hospital treated over 125,000 patients over its lifetime including Helen Keller and Joe DiMaggio. In 1933 the main building was replaced with a new massive 518 bed building. It was constructed just a few years after World War II. In 1960 the hospital became a rehabilitation centre and was ran by the state of Arkansas. In 2011 the rehabilitation centre closed down and became the Arkansas Career Training Institute. Unfortunately after years of decline in enrolment the state of Arkansas closed the Arkansas Career Training Institute in May of 2019. The Army Navy Hospital is on the Most Endangered Places list. The whole property is offered for free but with strict rules for use of the property to an approved organization.

This abandoned farmhouse sits on a few hundred acres on a country road. Everything is left behind here. Sadly its pretty trashed and the animals have made its way inside. The man that once lived here was born here. He grew up on the farm and once his parents passed on he continued to farm the land and live here. He wasn't married or had any children but there was quite a few female items was left behind here including a very old wedding dress. He left the house back in 2016 to live in a old age home. Sadly in 2022 he passed away. The future of this abandoned farmhouse is unknown.

Hoarder houses have always interested me. I have seen a few over the years. This farmhouse has been abandoned for approx. 6 years. Each room is just full top to bottom with stuff. Each room had a collection of different items in it. A single man lived here and I am unable to find out what happened to him. Shockingly with all the weight of the stuff on the main floor, parts of the floor has collapsed crashing down to the basement. I have also found what I believe is a lot of blood on the book shelve and items on the floor. What happened here? Hoarding often creates such cramped living conditions that homes may be filled to capacity, with only narrow pathways winding through stacks of clutter. Counter-tops, sinks, stoves, desks, stairways and virtually all other surfaces are usually piled with stuff. And when there's no more room inside, the clutter may spread to the garage, vehicles, yard and other storage facilities. Hoarding disorder is a persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions because of a perceived need to save them. A person with a hoarding disorder experiences distress at the thought of getting rid of the items. Excessive accumulation of items, regardless of actual value, occurs.

The former owner of this house was named Mike, as a child he was bullied quite a bit. In the 1970's Mike moved to Japan with his father. The bulling continued in Japan. Mike then met a karate master and they began to train for self defense. Then 10 years later Mike moved to Florida where he decided to open up his own karate school. Later he met a student that went to his karate school. They eventually got married and had 3 children together. Mike was popular in the karate community as excellent teacher and his high level in karate. Mike achieved 10th Dan Black belt which is the highest level that a person can achieve in a Japanese martial art. It takes 40 or more years of continuous training and teaching to archive this. He was so popular the president approached Mike to be his bodyguard. He was thrilled at the opportunity and agreed. As Mike aged and years went on his health deteriorated and he had a number of health issues. Sadly Mikes wife passed away and mike went into a retirement home. In 2020 Mike passed away. We believe once Mike moved out and into an old age home. Mikes good friend moved into his house to live and take care of his house. He was a skilled Air Force pilot earning a few medals during his career. In approx. 2012 Mikes friend abandoned the house leaving everything behind. Mikes friends whereabouts is unknown. Leaving this abandoned house a mystery.

This house has been abandoned for about 4 years. It sits on over 100 acres of land. Being so secluded I knew this place wouldn't be vandalized or trashed. I had a good feeling about it. But unfortunately I was saddened by what I seen. I'm a big animal lover and having 2 dogs myself I was shocked to see the living conditions.

I'm not to sure what this place is. Was it a strange mansion, shelter or old age home? Trying to find out what it was once used for is a mystery. I have explored shelters before and most of the time they are unlisted and can't be found online for privacy and safety reasons. The house has approx. 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. It has only been abandoned for a few years. The property will be demolished for an apartment building.

I was shocked to find out this farmhouse was built in 1829 and the previous owner was a Doctor and worked as the Medical Officer of Health. The house was later sold to a developer in 2016 and was rented out for a short time. The police was once called to this house for a violent assault. It now sits abandoned and the future of this historic home is unknown.

This entire subdivision was bought out by a developer to built over 100 homes worth approx. 3 million dollars each. They striped most of the homes and boarded them up. For a short time they were left abandoned waiting to be demolished. First the developer clear cut all the trees. Next they started demolishing each house. I had permission to explore and film only 2 homes here as the others was boarded and sealed up. The private subdivision was built in the 1980's. Most of the homes sit on 2 acres of land. The developer bought each home for approx. 3 million dollars each. This works out to be approx. 42 million dollars for the whole subdivision.

This abandoned farmhouse has been abandoned for approx. 5 years. It was built in the late 1800's. This abandoned house is hidden from the world as the property is completely overgrown. Sadly the house will be demolished for new development and a new road.

This ship was built and launched in British Columbia, Canada for the Royal Canadian Navy in 1941 to serve in the Second World War. The cost to build the ship was approx. $350,000. The ship is 112 feet long, 18ft wide and the original weight was 79 Tonnes (174,000 lbs) and the top speed of 20kts. The hull is made out of mahogany. In 1941 She was then known as HMC ML Q-070. She was assigned during the war as an escort boat to the U.S. Navy. It was armed with 3 20mm guns. Operating the ship was 3 officers and 14 men. In 1945 she was sold and renamed the MV Machigonne and her two original engines were replaced with one 400hp GMC. At this time It was updated and used as a ferry boat from 1945 to 1951. The ship transported up to 140 walk-on passengers to and from the Coast. The ship was unused and anchored for over 20 years until 1993 when it was purchased by a couple and updated and fixed up. Then in the early 2000's the ship was purchased by another couple. They gave the ship extensive interior upgrades and lived onboard for over 2 decades. It was later purchased and there is plans to resell or restore the ship. There is even plans to offer tours onboard the ship and sail its previous route. I hope to see this ship fixed up one day.

As requested by so many, I decided to head back to the Sechelt abandoned subdivision in British Columbia, Canada. I was very curious to see if anymore sinkholes have appeared or any if there was any changes to this abandoned site. Seawatch Subdivision - In 2006 the trees were removed and the site was cleared. At this time the construction began. In 2012 a sinkhole emerged in the middle of the road and the district of Sechelt repaired the damage. Over the next few years more sink holes appeared. A report was received in 2015 and the estimated cost to fix the site would cost around 10 million dollars. But there would be no guarantees that this work would resolve the sinkhole issues of erosion due to groundwater seepage. On Christmas Day in 2018 a very large sink hole appeared measuring 82' deep It took 40 dump trucks to fill the sinkhole, according to the District. In Feb 2019 the district of Sechelt announced a state of emergency and ordered all residents to leave. The districts state of emergency is valid for 7 days. The district of sechelt renewed the state of emergency more than 150 times after that, and several times after a B.C. Supreme Court judge ruled that continued state of emergency renewals were unlawful.

This was a very nice location right on the water. I couldn't believe it is abandoned. The view and sounds of the water is just beautiful. I believe the house has been abandoned for over 15 years. The last owners and the future of this place is unknown.

I had to revisit this abandoned Victorian farmhouse as its one of my favourites that I have explored. I'm so glad it is still here and I was able to see it again and share with you. A lot more decay and vandalism has happened here. This gorgeous farmhouse was built in the early 1900's. Years later there was an addition added to the back of the house. My favourite part about this abandoned house was the tower at the front of the house called a "Widows Walk". The sailors wife would walk up to the top to watch and wait for her husband to come home from sea after serving in the military. I loved the colour of the walls and the steep stairs leading to the top where there was only enough room for a chair. Must just be the design as this house sits surrounded by farmland. The original owner actually gave birth to a baby boy in this house. Years later she passed away leaving this house to her son. Over the years there has been a few owners. Approx. 5 years ago a developer bought up the land to build new homes and the house has been sitting abandoned ever since. The barn in the back was the biggest I have ever seen and I really enjoyed exploring it. Let me know what you think of this place.

On May 17th a horrible crime was committed at this apartment complex. Located in Toronto, Canada, this apartment complex is hidden by large temporary walls and heavy overgrowth. First off my condolences to the family and friends effected by this horrible tragedy. May 17 2008 a dad gave his 3 year old son a note and told him to walk down to the superintendent unit, knock on the door and hand him the note. This note said "why I did this and my confession tape is in my car" the superintendent quickly ran the unit # 76. Once he got there the unit was on fire. The next day they found the 3 year olds dad, mother and grandmother deceased. The police checked the dads car for the confession tape. They found it but the tape was blank. Investigators determined the dad stabbed his wife in the heart, strangled his mother in law to death and started a fire using gasoline. He stayed inside the apartment while fire quickly spread. It was determined the man died of smoke inhalation (suicide) During the fire the police took the 3 year old boy to safety. The boy later moved in with family.
