Tonio Fortebracci decides to renounce her role as godfather of Sirenuse to safeguard Antonia, her daughter, the only person who survived her family, exterminated by the Mafia. She decides to deal with her American cousins a load of drugs that could produce billions of dollars and seem easy. But when tonight Tonio comes to meet Tom to conclude the deal, the godfather presents her to Carmela and points to a gun ready to kill him, determined to avenge his wife's honor.

Tonio decides to take the initiative and calls home in May to put up the drug deal and free himself and his daughter Antonia, but with great surprise on the other end of the phone he feels the voice of the redeem. In America , Carmela continues to use the iron fist with Tonio, without answering his phone calls and without making him talk to Antonia, carrying on his revenge as his brother's death.

The time to depart has come, so Carmela starts with Antonia and Micheal at the airport. But Aunt Maria arranged everything in order to save Antonia from the carnations of Carmela, in order to avoid doing some gesture she would then regret for the rest of her life. Commissioner Rolla, aware of the attack on Tonio, understands that something is moving between the mafia families and decides to intervene. To try to get closer to Tonio, he asks Daria to work for the prosecutor under cover.

Without being seen by the girl she has the opportunity to ring a phone call to Commissioner Rolla, thus becoming aware of Daria's infiltrated role and Renè's plan. Hector, discovered the deception of Beppe, decides to go to Fania himself, but intercepted the commissary who came out of the hospital, changes his plans and fired to Commissioner Rolla right in front of the house of Daria Bertolaso.

Commissioner René Rolla is now dead in hospital after being shot dead by a shotgun fired by De Nicola reveals to Daria that Tonio Fortebracci is a victim of a larger mafia organization. One night the villa is attacked by men of De Nicola armed with uterus. Tonio seeks to cover the family's escape, but Aunt Maria and Carmela are hit by bullets of bullets and fall to the ground while Ricky, Antonia and Jonathan flee by car.
