Campaña electoral. A candidate for mayor is found dead. He advocated to create a natural park and also was investigating many dirty businesses. A new candidate arrives to Gubbio and captain Anceschi is attracted to her.
Crimen en la biblioteca. Don Matteo receives a call from the Vatican to solve the murder or a researcher in Vatican's library. Captain Anceshi and Marshall Cechini go with him disguised as seminarians.
Mi padre ha estado en la cárcel. Nerino's father is released from prison. Captain Anceschi asks him to go undercover in his former gang to put them in jail.
En deuda con la vida. Anceschi is seriously wounded in a supermarket robbery, needing 0 blood type to survive. Donor later dies - apparently suicide. Captain dissents and asks Don Matteo's help while staying in the rectory for recovery.
Concurso de baile. A dance competition takes place in Gubbio. Natalina wants to take part but she needs a dance partner and asks Pippo, who is completely clumsy. Meanwhile, a dancer is killed being his girlfriend's father the main suspect.
Muerte al alba. A doctor falls from a hospital window but Don Matteo does not believe he committed suicide and decides to investigate. Police suspect cocaine traffic and gets Cecchini undercovered in the hospital.
In Italian with English subtitles. When his daughter needs an emergency eye operation, the Marshal doesn't let his friends know or ask for help. Instead, he borrows money from a predatory loan company.
La bolsa. Natalina mixes her bag with another woman's who is a drug dealer and is then chased by the drug traffickers after finding a micro chip hidden in the other woman's luggage.
Amor robado. A girl is sexually assaulted during a public event. She accuses two boys but the father of one of them is a powerful man and try to make her appear as a liar. Don Matteo will try to make the boys confess the truth.
Las vueltas del corazón. Just before an ice skating competition a skater falls and gets hurt due to a bad condition of the ice ring. Someone manipulated the temperature of the ice from the control room. Police suspects of the rival team.
Asesinato en directo. A radio dj is killed while on air and what people really think about him surfaces. Patrizia is crazy for an alternative music group but things are not always what they seem.
Investigación encubierta. Captain Anceschi is framed by someone who makes him appear he has murdered a man who killed Anceschi's father and has been released from prison. Meanwhile he begins dating with Laura, the city mayoress.
El forastero. Cecchini's daughter Assuntina is kidnapped together with a school friend who is the daughter of a protected witness to force him not to declare. Police must find them before the trial.
Una mercancía muy valiosa. A child who has run away from his parents hids in Don Matteo's church. Police finds a child but he happens not to be the one they are searching for. Who is this second child and in what way are both related?
El regalo. A culinary contest takes place in Gubbio. Just before the awards the organizer and one of the chefs are poisoned. Don Matteo investigates who may have done it and why.
Cuestión de casualidad. Due to a mortgage on a house for dyslexia children they are going to be moved out when the builder who was going to acquire the house is found dead. Don Matteo and the police investigate.
Corazón solitario. A man is found dead. Since he was a member of a wedding agency captain Anceschi works undercover to investigate the the woman he dated with, going to dinner with each of them to discover which one has gluten disease.
Vacas flacas, vacas gordas. Several cows are stolen from a farm and soon there is a brucellosis outbreak. Police suspects some cows have eluded the sanitary inspection.
El delito del biberón. A woman leaves a newborn in Don Matteo's church. At the same time a woman disappears while taking a walk with her husband. Don Matteo thinks both facts are linked.
Tres tiros en la oscuridad. Sister Amelia, missionary and former Don Matteo friend, is shot. She wants a property for old people. A famous violinist comes to town and Anceschi is jealous because Laura pays him a lot of attention.
