The vampire-like villain Diamantenzahn kidnaps the boy Benny and orders Tom to bring him a helmet invented by a man called Dr. Frankenschrei. However, the mad scientist traps Tom in order rebuilt him into a monster.
After being able to escape from the mad Dr. Frankenschrei, Tom learns that Diamantenzahn needs the helmet, a shrinking device, to shrink Tom's old enemies Dr. Gruselglatz and Fritz Fantom so they turn off an alarm system for him.
Tom investigates in the disappearance of a couple who seemingly traveled to the year 2222. When Tom gets there and is locked up alongside them by a robot, Thomas tries to save them.
When a rock singer Tom Turbo is protecting opens a tube of mustard, a yellow, furry thing crawls out. After swallowing it, the singer gets a high pitched voice. Tom investigates in the mustard factory.
A new villain, Lord Spider, is plaguing the city. Following him to his fortress, Tom gets trapped in a dungeon where he meets another prisoner, a scientist who tells him about Lord Spider's origin as well as how he can be defeated.
A man tells the owner of a clock museum that a certain clock can alter people's age. Meanwhile, a policeman arrives at Thomas' office and claims that Tom is dangerous.
A man who looks and roars like a lion is arriving at the animal protection association, searching for a specific pet. When Fritz Fantom is doing the same, Tom and Thomas learn of a connection to a dangerous device Fritz Fantom stole.
An amateur skateboarder calls Tom after a strange skateboard started talking and asked for help. Tom soon notices Dr. Frankenschrei stealing hundreds of skateboards.
Three members of the Wiener Sängerknaben, a famous Austrian boy choir, meet the Wunderwutz, a strange creature wearing a Santa Clause robe and a bunny head. Tom notices that Fritz Fantom is also at the opera house.
