The industrial port of La Réunion is in turmoil. Commander Clarissa Hoarau and her team are trying to understand why Dimitri Caron, one of the port security guards, planted explosives to blow up a container. Does this ex-serviceman suffer from post-traumatic syndrome or is he just an overwhelmed father trying to help his daughter, Charlie? During this time, the police are wondering about the relationship that could exist between student prostitution and the looting of a stock of weapons from the French army. Overwhelmed by all these affairs, Clarissa has no time to be idle.
