The new owner of the building, Seraphim, asks his friends to vacate the premises in a month. And then there's a vegan restaurant opening next door. Koschey goes to investigate and decides to charm the manager Vladlena, but instead only worsens the situation.
Shustry asks Ira for help, and they begin to dig together under Serafim. Kuvalda and Koshchey decide to help Kilka with a full-fledged first date, and Vladlena tricks all the clients to her.
The guys decide to dig again, since Serafim's black bookkeeping is hidden in the vault. To do this, Kuvalda and Kilka go to the store for tools, but end up in the migration department of the police, and Koschey continues the war with a competitor.
