Craig reveals that Leanne has yet to be charged because some new evidence has come to light and they're waiting on forensics. Andy slips David £2k for his part in the robbery and reveals that he's got another far bigger job lined up if David is interested. What will David say? At the station, Kit reads the report from forensics and is shocked at the results. Meanwhile, Sally accompanies Kevin to his appointment to get his results. When the consultant confirms Kevin's results and that he needs an operation, he hurries out. Debbie lets herself in to find something burning in the oven, the smoke alarm going off and Abi suffering a flashback. Elsewhere, Carla is thrown into panic when she receives an email confirming that Rob is a suitable match for the transplant and the operations will take place tomorrow. Carla visits Rob in prison and drops the bombshell. How will Rob react? Also today, Gemma's amused as Lou gives Aadi a hard time over the price of a pack of night time pull-ups as Lou recognises her as one of the mums from Bessie Street. Lou calls in the pub and persuades Gemma to join her for a drink. Dev tells Bernie that his Aunty Gita has had a fall, he has to fly out to India and he'd like her to go with him. What will Bernie say? Dev books his flight to India and agrees to let Aadi run his businesses.

Andy talks David through the details of the robbery, but it's clear David's not made his mind up. Nick has a proposition for David, what will it be? Meanwhile, when the doctor reveals that there's been a delay with Carla's operation, she worries Rob is going to back out. Will Rob let Carla down? Elsewhere, Chesney returns home with some Valentine's cakes for Gemma and tells her that he's convinced he spotted the silver van again. Gemma tells Chesney it turns out Lou and her husband Mick are moving into Mawdsley Street and she's arranged for them to meet for a drink later. Is this the start of a new friendship for Gemma and Chesney? Also today, Kevin shares his test results with Jack. When planning to cook a Valentine's meal for Kevin, Debbie finds Abi panicking and has an idea. When Cassie admits that she really likes Steve to Leanne, Leanne urges her to go for it. As Leanne surveys all the happy Valentine's couples she drowns her sorrows.

When Bobby reveals his plans to start visiting his Dad again, Carla warns him to tread carefully. Rob calls Mandy needing her help, but she reveals that she's been suspended because someone found out about their relationship. Mandy tells Carla that Rob's taken a turn for the worse, but when Carla demands to speak to a nurse, Mandy turns on Carla. Is Carla in danger? Later, Rob lies motionless at the bottom of an office block stairwell. What has happened to Rob? Meanwhile, having already had a difficult day, David's day takes another turn for the worse when he receives more bad news from Nick. How will David react? Elsewhere, Lou introduces Mick to Gemma and Chesney. After helping carry their furniture to their new house, Chesney and Mick return to find Gemma and Lou having an enjoyable time, until Mick admits to breaking Lou's dead Nan's vase causing a massive row and their relationship on the rocks. Gemma urges Chesney to speak to Mick, will Chensey be able to get through to him? Debbie collects Kevin for his operation. Abi wishes him luck but hides her annoyance at Jack's failure to show up.

Meanwhile, in the hospital waiting room, the environment is too much for Abi. When Kevin wakes, he's disappointed to realise Abi's not there. Abi sits in the car park, tormented by thoughts of Mason's final moments and spotting a gurney with a sheet over it, Abi is drawn towards it but when she pulls the sheet back, she gets the shock of her life. What has Abi seen? The doctor tells Kevin, Debbie and Jack that the operation was successful. Debbie tells Kevin that she's booked Abi in to see a therapist and will pay for her treatment. Elsewhere, when Mick remarks to Chesney that he recognises him from somewhere, Chesney's none the wiser. Mick tells Chesney that he remembers him from the market when he used to sell dog collars. George confronts Mick over the loud music coming from his house. When Chesney steps in, Mick agrees to turn it down but Chesney's left wary. Also today, David meets up with Andy in the Rovers and Andy offers him another job. Will David agree? David and Shona visit Max in prison and reveal that they've applied for him to be moved to a prison in Scotland to ensure his safety but Max isn't convinced he'll ever be safe.

Ryan tells Daisy that it's time she paid Carla back the money she owes her and fast. Ryan overhears Bobby on the phone agreeing to pick up some cash for someone and goes into the factory after him. What is Bobby up to? At the same time, Lisa is brought in for questioning about what happened to Rob. Meanwhile, Debbie hands out flyers to Todd and Billy for a tea dance for singles at the hotel. After some convincing to get Billy to go, he and Todd attend but when a couple of men offer to buy them drinks, Billy hurries out. As George berates Todd for dragging Billy along, Todd's distracted as he catches sight of someone - Todd sees Julie. Why is Julie back? Elsewhere, Sally and Tim visit Kevin in hospital. When Kevin asserts that Abi needs him and he's going to discharge himself, Sally orders him back into bed. Abi attends her first therapy session and is surprised to bump into a familiar face. Abi returns home and tells Kevin that her therapy session went well and it's now her turn to look after him. Also today, Cassie takes delivery of two air fryers, hides one in the hallway and shows the other one to Ken, making out that it was his idea to buy it. Cassie uploads pictures of it onto an auction site and marks it 'For Sale'. Daniel and Kit put pressure on Daisy to find out who's the father of her baby but Daisy makes out she's still waiting to hear.
