Later, Priebe claims that he saw a black Mercedes driving away, a car similar to the one owned by the promoter, Norbert Sackberg. Later, when the alibis are verified, they discover that the developer and the architect were arguing heatedly in front of some witnesses the night before, while celebrating together with Councilor Flemming-Paulsen the awarding of this great project.
