She had suddenly disappeared from her home four years ago and started a new life in Martinique under a new identity. The team finds that her ex-husband and her son, that she abandoned, are on vacation in the hotel where her corpse was found.

Commandante Sainte-Rose practices running at plage des Salines when she hears an explosion and notices a car on fire in the forest. She manages to catch the hooded stranger that was trying to scape from the scene. Much to her surprise, she finds out that it is her daughter Chloé. Back in the car, the corpse of man severely beaten. His name: Loïc Fabre, famous for an Internet video in which he is beating a dog. Although Chloé confesses that she is the arsonist but didn't kill the man, she becomes the main suspect.

While Crivelli arrives at the Hôtel de Police, a teenager punches her in the face for not having helped his mother Sylvie Dorville, beaten to death by his father. The proceedings of the case have been revealed on the internet, along with the captain's picture, and Gaëlle starts receiving insulting messages. Phil confirms the police station was hacked three months ago, but only now has the hacker released the police files. Angry citizens complaining for being publicly exposed, and reports of fights, threats to police officers, as well as police files erased cause the chaos in the island. While solving the mess, a new case: Victor Marechal, tortured and shot twice at Anse Michel. The team must find out if the computer attack and the murder are related.

Oliver reports the murder of his employer at the Hôtel de Police, but when they arrive at the store there is no corpse. Phil discovers fingerprints throughout the shop of a certain Mateo Lariga, with a history of assault in Paris, who becomes the main suspect. He is a local and the team goes to his parents' house to ask about his whereabouts.

Chloé returns home from Lycée to retrieve her forgotten maths book, when she discovers a trail of blood in the living room. Since her mother doesn't answer the phone, she calls Gaëlle, worried. Meanwhile, drugged and covered in blood, Sainte-Rose wakes up in the trunk of her car driven by a stranger, not remembering how she got there.
