Manji Harashima (Noriyuki Higashiyama) is the #4 section chief in sales at a mid-sized electronics company. His performance is always bad. He is always reprimanded by his boss. On the other hand, Sakado (Hidekazu Mashima) is the #1 section chief in sales and is widely acknowledged as a true ace. But suddenly, Sakado is charged with abuse of powers by Hakkaku (Kotaro Yoshida) and fired. Manji must now take over Sakado's position. Manji is shocked to say the least.
