Summary Manji Harashima (Noriyuki Higashiyama) is the #4 section chief in sales at a mid-sized electronics company. His performance is always bad. He is always reprimanded by his boss. On the other hand, Sakado (Hidekazu Mashima) is the #1 section chief in sales and is widely acknowledged as a true ace.
