Summaries

Jack Carter, the brother-in-law of a young federal agent, Bob Andrews, is accused of murder, apprehended, jailed and awaiting trial. Andrews takes a leave-of-absence and traces the ownership of the planted-gun found on Carter. Clues lead him to another city where he accompanies Sheriff Williams on an emergency case where the sheriff is forced to kill a murderer. Andrews asks the sheriff to put him in jail, as the late killer, as the owner of the gun is also in the jail. Andrews has met the sheriff's pretty daughter, Joan, and plans on marrying her as soon as he clears his brother-in-law.[email protected]
