Ernest and Célestine return to Ernest's country to have his broken violin repaired. They discover that music is banned throughout the country. They will attempt to right this injustice in order to bring joy back to bear country.

Ernest and Celestine are best friends. And even if one of them is a bear and the other is a mouse, they always step towards adventures together. This time they are going to Ernest's hometown - it is here that the most talented musicians in the world live. However, upon arrival, the heroes discover that music has been banned there for many years. Together with their new friends and a mysterious masked criminal, Ernest and Celestine must do everything possible to bring joy back to the land of bears.
