ELFCO TV is a Michigan based documentary series that focuses on storytelling with an emphasis on local food systems, healthy living, sustainability practices, and progressive Michigan-based start-ups. The general idea is to illustrate how together, we are gradually moving toward a more intelligent approach to food production, distribution, and consumption. As well as the role that these practices play in developing a greener, more sustainable community.
