Mashallah Iranmanesh is coming to Tehran from his city Kerman to sell apartment no. 13 which he has inherited. With its money he wants to marry the girl he is in love with and also buy a work shop so he can work in it. But because of the bad neighbors and their problems things are not going as he desires to.

The simple girl Katya Nikanorova lived in the village. She dreamed of a fairy-tale "prince" whom she would find and with whom she would be happy. Because of this, she was the object of ridicule among the villagers and was considered frivolous. And therefore she had no luck with companions of life, who were clearly different from the concept of "prince". But once a veterinarian Pavel Dyozhkin, who was left by a girl, is placed in her house. Pavel is a delicate and thin-skinned man. And so it happened that two "not of this world" people found themselves and fell in love with each other.

Set in Provincetown, Massachusetts, gay theater director Danny Ziegfeld adopts twelve-year old Gideon Bellamont who turns out to be a religious fanatic. Danny reluctantly agrees to help Gideon on his mission to convert locals to Christianity, but Gideon's increasingly radical ideas start to create trouble in the community.

A group of elderly men on their routinely complain to the institution that they're in led by Moussa (Georges Khabbaz), because their son (who is a rebel in politics) puts him there and abandoned him so they are unfriendly with one another, until one day the head of the politics is coming to visit the institution, so Moussa has the chance to be friendly with his son again after he do the assassination that his son wish to do to the head of the politics that they cannot reach.
