Tinay is an orphaned young woman who has a special condition. The series is about a fictional sub-division of the Moscow Police, called "Pyatnitskiy".

Captain Emelin, nicknamed Emelya, captains Vasin and Dolbunov are investigating the most complicated crimes, and forensic expert Masha Likhacheva helps them with this. Emelya's reputation is so-so; the head of the department, Colonel Khitruk, does not like him for his independent character, but is forced to put up with him because Emelya has a good detection rate.

Follows the adventures of police inspector Bosko Simic, that has five kids and four wives. The life of his unusual family is full of comical situations, but family love helps him to always find the best way out of every situation.
