Baratometrajes 2.0 is a 'more than a documentary' that radiograph the cinema in Spain, giving a lead role and voice to filmmakers of low-budget films, to cultural promoters which make things differently, and to distribution and exhibition professionals, obtaining the (almost) perfect portrait of what could be the future of cinema made in Spain.

Tribute to the then-ten-year partnership between composer Richard Rodgers and librettist-lyricist Oscar Hammerstein II, presented by General Foods, celebrating its 25th anniversary. Featuring many original cast members, the special featured musical sequences from all of the R&H shows up to that time: Oklahoma! (1943), Carousel (1945), State Fair (1945), Allegro (1947), South Pacific (1949), The King and I (1951) and Me and Juliet (1953).

From collecting adjustable spanners to Commodore cassettes; from Bakelite to china dogs and from valuable old Irish photographs to bric-a-brac, which takes over the house, it seems there are a countless number of ways to collect. Do we do it for nostalgic reasons and the longing for holding on to yesterday, or is it for some kind of recognition of status within a sub-culture. This documentary throws us into the world of collecting where we seek the answers to these questions. We look into how collecting began and how it has changed over time and ask the all important question - 'why do we collect?'
