Summary Everybody's Laughing centers on a young man, Martin Pierrot, as he embarks on a job interview, fraught with all the normal feelings when going to a job interview. Throughout the course of the interview, Martin realizes that everyone is laughing at him. Everyone he comes in contact with can't stop laughing at him and it's driving Martin crazy.
