Between dressing up as detectives and finding clues, the two sleuths are at their wit's end trying to find their missing friend. / An idea to put on a play soon becomes a race against time. After Gofrette, Fudge and Ellie sell the tickets and get everyone excited they realize they've kind of forgotten about the performance part of the play.

Meanwhile, Merton Maroni is out and about taking silly candid photos for the front page of the local newspaper. / To make Fudge's surprise party a complete success everyone stays away from him as much as possible until the party is all ready. Unfortunately, Fudge becomes upset that no one wants to be around him and goes off fishing on his own.

A day hunting dinosaur bones gets a lot more exciting when the dinosaur the trio builds isn't nearly as scary as Ellie getting a set of dinosaur teeth stuck in her beak and inadvertently terrorizing the town. / Moocher shows up at Fudge's in a very sad mood. He's collected too much junk and doesn't know what to do with it all. Gofrette, Fudge and Ellie try to help him but it's not until Gofrette gets an idea to build a robot that Moocher starts to have fun and things really take off.

Hamlet and Merton, however, have the same goal. / Dirk Thunder is filming a movie in Zanimo that may turn out to be a bomb if something, like a tour of the town and a trip down a nearby river with Gofrette and Fudge, doesn't renew Dirk's interest and enthusiasm for the project.

Hamlet is sure there's a thief at work and Gofrette and Fudge set out to catch the sneaky cuckoo clock thief.

Rather than admit he can't ride a bike Wendell pretends to hurt himself on the bicycle so he won't have to go mountain biking.
