It's Detective Stairze's first day at the Boston City Police Department, and he's been partnered with the ever defiant Detective Wahlsky. The Chief assigns them to the recent murder of Dr. Carter Parker.
It has been a wintry six months since the murder of Dr. Carter Parker, and the Boston City Police Department has no new leads on his killer, the late Sergio Maltese. With the Mayor promising results and the Chief demanding progress, Detectives Stairze and Wahlsky are forced to turn to the head of the forensics department, Dr. Richard Namé. They find that Sergio might not have been the only nightmare loose on the streets of Boston City.
