Summary Heldt flees Ellen's balcony half-naked to avoid her daughter Emily discovering them, as their affair is grounds for a forced transfer. Heldt nearly runs into cycling schoolboy Konstantin Hillesheim, whose bike breaks are found by Dr. Holle to be sabotaged, first nor last 'accident' befalling the gentle nerd. Konstantin rivals straight AAs-classmate Leonie Meinerzhagen, or rather there impossibly ambitious helicopter parents, Yvonne Hillesheim and Gero Meinerzhagen, for a spot in the most prestigious private school. Yvonne even made Konstantin falsely accuse his gym teacher Miroslav Wosch for 'abuse', who got suspended, just because he gave poor grades. Konstantin is hospitalized, poisoned in the school mess, which the corrupt principal Dr. Brigitte Niemöller personally supervises, bribed by Gero Meinerzhagen. Yet Heldt comes up with healthy childish motive.
