The Babies pretend they have their own TV channel and do spoofs of "Pee-Wee's Playhouse", "Sesame Street", "Beetlejuice", and other popular kids shows.
The kids imagine they're in the story of Peter Pan. Kermit becomes Peter Pan, Skeeter Wendy, Rowlf and Fozzie Wendy's brothers, Piggy Tinkerbell, Gonzo Captain Hook, Scooter Mr. Smee and Animal the crocodile.
Statler and Waldorf announce they'll be opening up their own movie theater, so the babies imagine going to said theater. They take part in several movies and meet Short Circuit's Johnny 5.
The kids become obsessed with a huge locked box that contains Statler and Waldor's souvenirs from their travels around the world and imagine what wonders it holds.
