She has had facial feminisation, two jaw operations, two chin operations, four nose jobs, rib removal, three face lifts, and six breast augmentations. She loves the attention her look attracts, seeing it as an incredible contrast to all those years she spent feeling out of place. Next, they plan to get seven more horns fitted, which they hope will make them the most modified person in the world.
