Port Authority-Sealed Containers: Seattle
OED Veteran Brandon Nakamura (Brand) is retained by the Seattle Port Authority as Lead Investigator of under the radar cargo ships whose legal shipments are fronts for Asian organized crime who bring human trafficking, narcotics, weapons caches, and other illegal forbidden items for sale on Seattle and Portland's black markets. Brand is a martial arts expert who models his skill sets and advanced interceptions' training in the schools of Bruce Lee and Jet Li. In the pilot episode, Brand's endurance and courage will be sorely tested when he uncovers and frees a shipment of kidnapped Thai and Chinese teenage girls. To his horror, ICE moves to deport the injured traumatized victims back to dangerous environs so Brand must take his skills into the courtroom where he will be presenting evidence on why shipments of captured enslaved people are not analogous to shipments of weapons or narcotics. The local Seattle community uplifts Brand and he is drafted to become Seattle's new mayor as the former one was ousted by an economic scandal. Brand becomes the first Seattle Port Authority officer to serve as Seattle's Mayor and retain his investigations that address and try to prevent human trafficking, weapons, and narcotics shipments in and out of Seattle Port Authority.
