Watzmann ermittelt

Zweimal gestorben
Farmer Gitte Schiller finds the body of her husband Lorenz, long thought dead, in the dung heap. He was buried eight years ago. But forensic pathologist Philipp Hartmann leaves no doubt that this body was alive just a few hours ago. The doctor who issued the death certificate was also Beissl's family doctor and is now dead. Beissl is treated by his daughter Dr. Annabel Holster and, together with her mother Lotte, puzzles over how a dead person can be resurrected. Why did Lorenz Schiller have to die for the second time? Did his former wife kill him? Thanks to the dead man's life insurance, she was able to renovate the farm with her new partner Karl Beizel, as Sophia and Jerry find out. It then turns out that Lorenz Schiller staged his death eight years ago in order to start a new family with Pei Lin Bach in Thailand. Max gets hold of the dead man's urn and is surprised. An even bigger drama is brewing in the Beissl household. Bene, along with his daughters Eva, Johanna and Maria, wants to give his wife Elisabeth a very special birthday present: tickets to see her favorite singer perform in Salzburg. But then the concert is canceled because one of the band members is ill. The tension on the morning of the birthday is mounting.

Trugschluss

The smile freezes on the face of influencer Jessika Poll. Instead of staging a photo shoot for the brewery with Evi Mayr, the young girlfriend of brewery owner Alois Rittler, in front of the beautiful Watzmann backdrop, two shots are fired. Evi Mayr lies dead in the grass. Jessika is shocked, but she also sees an opportunity to get more followers. Sophia Strasser has a hard time preventing the influencer from posting more photos of the crime scene. Jerry's suspicions fall on Lena Rittler, the brewery owner's daughter. Her father's relationship with the much younger Evi was a thorn in her side. And Evi was not without controversy in Berchtesgaden because of her unusual marketing ideas, as Johanna reports. When it turns out that a rifle is missing from the Rittlers' gun cabinet, a hot lead arises. However, the detectives also learn that old Rittler had argued with his Evi the evening before and that she stayed overnight at the Alpenglück inn in protest. The landlady Martha Stelziger went to bed early. Her son Bastian celebrated with Evi for a while longer. There are a lot of leads that could be processed much more quickly at the police station if Caro didn't have to research everything herself. Because Max is much late for work with a mega excuse. He can only escape Beissl's anger by giving him detailed instructions on how to do the laundry. Because Beissl is a widower. His wife Elisabeth has left him a long list of things to do. It's a good thing that daughter Eva comes to help and eats a non-vegetarian meal one evening for her father's sake. In the end, the police have to do everything they can to prevent another murder.

Der letzte Tusch
Of all people, Elisabeth discovers the body of the young mayor Michael Grainer. Beaten to death, as Dr. Hartmann diagnosed. Beissl's wife had only wanted to play the trumpet in the traditional costume band again after 30 years of abstinence. The 75th birthday of building contractor Norbert Grainer, the father of the murder victim, would have been the perfect occasion. The culprit is Florian Dellinger, who was in a relationship with Magdalena Bergmann until six months ago. Then the beautiful conductor became the mayor's girlfriend. That's why Dellinger still had a score to settle with Michael Grainer. But when Caro cracks the dead man's cell phone, Magdalena also comes under suspicion. Then Beissl discovers that the awarding of the contract for the new cultural center to Norbert Grainer and his son Johannes was highly controversial and that the defeated businessman Ludwig Kirchberger was angry with the Grainers. But he is even more concerned about the possible farewell to his daughter Johanna, who has received an irresistible job offer from Frankfurt. That would also mean the end of his collaboration with Jerry, who is determined to follow his girlfriend.

To Sophia and Jerry's astonishment, Julian recently took over the unpopular early shifts for Samira. Why? The detectives are in the dark for a long time. Just like Beissl with his daughter Eva, who receives mysterious mail from the University of Salzburg and obviously still has no idea what she wants to do after graduating from high school. Über den Wolken
Sophia and Jerry witness a small plane skidding and crashing. Hobby pilot and management consultant Pierre Gassner was at the controls. There is no sign of life from his wife Miriam, but a trail of blood in their house points to a crime. Flying instructor Sascha Bick describes the dead man as an experienced pilot who had no enemies. Meanwhile, Beissl is preparing for filming with the help of his daughter Eva. Johanna's ex-boyfriend, director Tom Fosse, has flown in from Hollywood to make a promotional film about the Berchtesgaden police. But also to see his former great love again. Gassner's business partner Anny Wenz had money problems, he himself was suffering from early dementia and Franz Buchgemeiner was an enemy who had threatened him several times because Gassner had arranged for his dismissal. To make matters worse, Sophia's orthodontist and chairwoman of the gliding club, Dr. Sabine Soest, also comes into the investigators' focus. And Pierre Gassner's flight destination of Innsbruck suddenly takes on a very special meaning. But it is only Caro's skills in restoring cell phone messages that put the investigators on the right track.

Ende einer Heldin
World champion, World Cup winner, fashion designer... Biathlete Laura Prell was something of a star in Berchtesgaden. She had just spoken to Johanna Beissl about her biography when her body was found in the forest. She had been murdered. Even the forensic pathologist Dr. Hartmann had tears in his eyes because he admired Laura so much. And Sophia blames herself for letting the crying Laura reject her just the evening before. Why was Laura Prell so desperate before her death? Sophia is not at peace with that. And Jerry is also beginning to have doubts about whether the biathlete's marital happiness was so perfect. Her husband Rupert Kober is very composed and he seems to have more than just a professional relationship with Laura's former colleague Katrin Munzinger. With Caro's help, Beissl comes across Laura's fatherly friend Christoph Schaub, the manager of the training center where Laura worked before her death. He claims not to have noticed any changes in Laura. This also applies to the material manager Florian Hüttl, who has known Laura for 14 years. But then Sophia and Jerry catch a burglar in Hüttl's apartment red-handed with a delicate utensil. This only brings them a little closer to solving the case, especially since the dead woman's e-bike remains missing for the time being. To do this, Beissl has to undergo a "parent check" at home. Because the therapist Dr. Gudrun Federer, who was actually supposed to help the still disorientated Eva get back on track, evaluates Bene and Elli less than Eva - with a result that surprises everyone.
