Leah faces reemerging feelings for Corey. In the meantime, Jenelle and Gary spend time with Jace. Kailyn and Jo get into a physical fight and Kailyn takes legal action. Chelsea is worried she might be pregnant again.
After their fight in the previous episode, Kailyn and Jo attend their first court. Jenelle discovers that Gary had sex with her best friend. Leah tells Corey about her feelings. Chelsea attends her first day at cosmetology school.

Kieffer and Jenelle are dating again. Kailyn tries to take Jo to court to change their custody agreement. Chelsea tells her mom about the pregnancy scare. Jeremy confronts Corey about his intentions with Leah.
Farrah struggles with taking Sophia to visit Derek's family. Ryan is annoyed that Maci has all the control over Bentley. Catelynn deals with anxiety when Nova meets Carly.
Gary and Jenelle are back together and she tries to be more responsible. Kailyn has a violent outburst toward Javi, which threatens their relationship. Chelsea finds out about Adam's new girlfriend and Leah plans her wedding.
Leah and Jeremy have a courthouse wedding. Adam tries to make Chelsea jealous. Gary has a big surprise for Jenelle. Kailyn and Javi discuss the possibility of joining the military and getting married.
Gary and Jenelle get into an altercation which lands them both in jail. Leah moves into her new house. Chelsea talks to her lawyer about Adam's strange legal letter. Kailyn and Javi consider getting married in Las Vegas.
Leah reaches out to her biological dad and Jenelle goes to court to face the charges from the Gary fight. Javi passes his Air Force test and he and Kail seriously talk marriage. Chelsea decides to take a break from school.
Jenelle, Barb and Kieffer come together to celebrate Jace's third birthday. Wedding bells are ringing after Leah and Jeremy get married. Chelsea goes out for a night on the town to celebrate her 21st birthday.
Chelsea celebrates Aubree's third birthday. Jenelle learns that she has very little chance of getting custody of Jace. Leah takes Ali to a neuromuscolar specialist and Kailyn finally tells Jo about her plans with Javi.
Barbara tries to have Jenelle committed for using drugs. Chelsea returns to beauty school. Kailyn and Javi get married. Leah's daughter endures medical tests.
Dr. Drew hosts the cast in front of a live studio audience and sits down with Jenelle to discuss her ongoing battle with addiction. Kailyn struggles to stay calm when Dr. Drew tries to get her to make peace with Jo's girlfriend.
In part two, Dr. Drew hosts the cast of Teen Mom 2 and examines Chelsea's on again, off again relationship with Adam while Leah talks about finally settling down with Jeremy and reveals some big news.
