The law firm prepares Leduc's retirement party and handles the case of founding software firm CEO Jochen Claeys, who received threats for him, his wife and their pre-teen daughter but refuses to sell out, yet wants Chris to negotiate with a suspicious Caribean potential investor. Hugo impersonates a killed blackmailer to contact known, never convicted mob businessman Mr. Paul.
