NASA, suspecting a leak, sends Tony to a secret location to finish design work on a spacecraft while a lookalike substitutes for Tony at the base and at home where he discovers Jeannie.
People start visiting the house after Jeannie puts up a 'for sale' sign because she wants Tony to spend more time with her. Tony says that he doesn't want anyone else to see that house so she makes it invisible.
Jeannie's mother puts a spell on Tony that he fall asleep whenever someone whistles. Jeannie tries to get the spell reversed, but Dr Bellows accidentally gets the same spell.
Tony gets caught in a speed trap and then becomes victim of a hit-and-run scam in a small town where Roger and he go fishing. Jeannie comes to the rescue.
When Tony and Roger are trying to make a spacecraft fly, Jeannie does it with one blink. Tony tells her to get rid of it so she gives it to a boy in the park that has an inventor father. Tony gets accused of selling government secrets.
