Dennis teases Arvid by playing a tape of him snoring and calling his nose deformed. Moore tells Arvid that his snoring can be corrected with surgery. Arvid decides to do it but also considers a nose job . When he's about to have the surgery, he's under the anesthetic he's still uncertain if he wants the nose job. When he wakes up, his nose is bandaged and the doctor went out of town. So he doesn't know if he had the nose job. Worried that he might look worse, he doesn't take the bandage off.
