Arty makes a special cookie ornament to surprise his family. But, it magically comes to life and runs away, leading Arty on an adventure helping his friends prepare for their own holiday celebrations.

Jackson and Annie are coming to play in the snow with Arty! But when they discover the snow's too muddy to play in, Arty, Annie, and Jackson think their snow day is ruined! They take off to the Creative Galaxy where Captain Paper shows them how to make snow that never melts out of cotton balls and thread! Inspired, the kids head to Arty's room where they hang up their snow, make a sled out of craft sticks, and build a paper snow alien! Their snow day is saved! Arty and his friends build a fort, and the outside is art-tastic...but the inside is BLAH! Juju wants to decorate the walls with pictures of her friends when her camera breaks. They head to Buildora where the Builders help make pictures of themselves - a different way - using mixed media art!

When Juju sees Arty's lion head costume for the Lunar New Year Parade, she shrieks in fear - she IS NOT going to the parade with that scary lion! But if Juju doesn't go, she'll miss all the dancing and drums and fireworks! They blast off to Fabrictopia where Fabiana uses art to change the lion's face. By using different fabrics, changing shapes, and moving pieces to new areas on the lion head, Arty and Fabiana make the scary lion look friendly to Juju! Now, she can't wait to go to the parade, and when she sees another lion, Juju isn't afraid anymore because she knows that the lions are art! Arty, his family, and friends head to the Lunar New Year parade at the Town Square - but along the way, paper banners and paper lanterns fall apart from a rain storm that passed through earlier. Even the fireworks fizzle out...and they can't celebrate the New Year without them. They need everything for good luck or their Lunar New Year celebration is ruined! But, wait - Arty can fix this... with art! Arty, Juju, Annie, Jackson, and Epiphany head to Paperia, where Captain Paper shows them how to make new paper lanterns and banners, and even firework-like confetti poppers to end their Lunar New Year celebration with a bang! With their new paper creations in hand, they race back to the parade and set up! They start to march and with a bit of magic, Epiphany launches the parade into the Galaxy! When they return to the Town Square, Arty and Dad perform their lion dance everyone pops their confetti poppers in celebration. 'Xin nián kuài lè'! Happy New Year!

Arty and Epiphany cannot wait to watch Jackson's dog, Splatter, while Jackson visits his grandma! Jackson tells them three things they must do to take care of her: feed her, play with her, and love her! But when Jackson forgets all of Splatter's toys, and Splatter only wants to play with Baby Georgia's favorite squeaky stuffie, Arty must find a toy that's right for Splatter. Together, he, Splatter, and Epiphany zoom to Fabrictopia where Fabiana guides him in making a braided tug toy with a squeaker inside! Splatter loves it! Mom leaves for an overnight work trip and Arty really misses her! Dad tries to get Arty's mind off Mom, but nothing works. Arty misses Mom so much! They decide they can fix this with art and blast off to Sculpturon. When Arty mentions how much he loves making art with Mom, Seraphina has an idea! They can make shadow box art like the artist Joseph Cornell. Arty and Dad design a box, choosing the background and placing in smaller boxes and objects just like Cornell. Arty creates some artwork for his box, then, back home, adds items from around the house that light him up! He places one last thing in the box, something that is special to both he and Mom - a race car that they had been playing with before she left. Making art made Arty feel so much better!

When a big storm sweeps through town, Arty and his friends discover their beloved library has been ruined! The kids race into the Creative Galaxy to gather supplies to help fix it, but soon realize that all the planets have been impacted by the storm. They come across Captain Paper who needs help reuniting a baby bird with its family whose nest was destroyed by the storm. On Paperia, the kids and Captain Paper make a paper nest...and the bird's family returns! When Captain Paper hears about the library, he promises to help while they continue gathering supplies. Arty and friends fly to Paintoria where they discover Pablo's home has been washed clean of paint...and he has no paintbrushes or paint rollers to repaint with! Arty suggests using sponges they found in the Galaxy, and they work together to sponge paint Pablo's home. Upon hearing that the library has been ruined, Pablo leaves to help repaint it. The kids travel once again to search for supplies when they come to Cooktopia. Chef Zesty might not have the supplies they need, but he does have food that can nourish the hungry helpers at the library! So, Arty and friends make artistic pita pockets and return to the library with supplies to help and sandwiches to feed. Helping others makes Arty feel good, and he suggests that they celebrate this day every year as "Galaxy Day"- a day when everyone comes together to help each other!

It's a warm summer evening, and Arty and Epiphany are busy creating a little jungle world inside a jar! Epiphany wants to put some backyard critters that are moving about inside of it! But, Arty tells her that the animals - a frog, a cricket, and firefly - need to stay in their backyard home and can't go inside her jar. Epiphany is devastated - but maybe they can fix this with art! They head to Drawopolis where Sketch and Pablo help them create little critters for Epiphany's jar. Arty and Epiphany paint and draw on a pebble, making a cute, jumpy frog; paint a clothespin and add googly eyes and pipe cleaner legs for a cricket; and then add glow paint fingerprints and hand-drawn wings all over the jar to make fireflies! Epiphany is so happy with her new jungle jar critters. Arty, Epiphany, and Eureka are playing an awesome adventure game on Dad's tablet, but he needs it back and they all really want to keep playing! The kids take off to Sculpturon where Seraphina helps them create a life-sized version of the game - making golden boulders from old milk jugs and foil, and a magic waterfall with streamers! The kids race home to play, and are inspired to create the next level of the game - adding a box tunnel, a block bridge, and stepstool mountain! When Dad offers the tablet back to play, Arty shows Dad that he, Epiphany, and Eureka don't need the tablet to play the game - they MADE the game! Dad is so impressed and joins them in playing their real life adventure game!

Arty and Baby Georgia are having so much fun playing Art Freeze Dance. But when Annie comes over to make Scribble Shirts with Arty, he stops playing with Baby Georgia. Baby Georgia really wants to keep playing Art Freeze Dance...but Arty really, REALLY wants to make Scribble Shirts with Annie. So, Dad and Baby Georgia (and Epiphany) soar into the Creative Galaxy for some Baby-Georgia-and-Dad-time! They head to Groovopolis where Melody has an idea of a special art dance they can do together! She shows them a video of Heather Hansen, an artist who makes art with her WHOLE body by dancing and drawing with charcoal. Using long paper and chalk from the Galaxy, Baby Georgia, Dad, and Epiphany listen to music, drawing and moving their whole bodies to make art! They fly back home to do more art dancing in the backyard and invite Arty and Annie to join them! Mom is resting on the sofa, sick! Arty wants to do something that will make her smile and laugh. He flies to Drawopolis where Sketch and Captain Paper have some ideas! Arty can perform magic tricks! "The Magnificent Sketch" shows Arty how to make a black-and-white drawing turn into color. Then, "The Incredible Captain Paper" shows Arty how to make objects appear from a seemingly empty tube! With magic tricks in hand, Arty races home to perform the most art-tacular magic show ever for Mom! With the wave of the "Enchanting Epiphany" magic wand, "Arty the Art-tastic" and "the Great Baby Georgia" perform for Mom and Dad, wowing them and making them laugh!

It's Family Day and family teams have come to Ruby's Galaxy Grille to take part in the tastiest snack contest in the Galaxy - the Family Day Snack-Off! But things turn sour when Jackson and his brother Salvador can't agree on what snack to make. Luckily, special guest Chef Zesty introduces them to different flavors and textures, and shows them how combining surprising ingredients can make a delicious dish! Inspired, Jackson and Salvador work together to create their "Sweet and Salty Slithering Sea Serpent" snack. But is their snack tastier than the "Fruity Sparks" made by Arty's family or "Sweetie Birds" by Annie's family? Ruby will be the judge of that! And surprise, it is! Jackson and Salvador win by working together and combining their different tastes and textures. The Family Day festivities continue with families gathering for food and fun at the Family Day Picnic- and it just might be the hottest Family Day ever! As the families play together, Jackson's Dad gets very hot. Then, Annie's Mom overheats. It's just too hot to stay and play, so they start to pack up their picnic blankets to leave. Arty, Mom, Dad, Baby Georgia, and Epiphany are devastated - they can't leave! Family Day is about families being together! They have to find a way to make them stay...or Family Day is ruined! They fly to Buildora where the Builders help them find a way for families to stay cool at the picnic! Using sponges cut and tied together, (then dunked in water), Arty and his family make Splish-Splash Balls, creating a new, splashy game that the families can play together and stay cool at the same time! With Splish-Splash Balls wet and ready to toss, they return to the picnic and let the balls fly! All the families stay and play a big Splish-Splash Ball game together. Arty, Mom, Dad, Baby Georgia, and Epiphany saved the day with art...and family! It's their Family Day Splish-Splash Ball Game masterpiece!

Arty, Jackson, Juju, and Epiphany head to Museo for a sleepover in the museum! Gallaria has a special game for them to play when they arrive - the Museo Mystery Game! They must solve clues by creating art, and then use the clues to find a piece of artwork somewhere in the museum! They must look very carefully to find what they're searching for! Once they solve all the clues, the big sleepover is revealed - the art-tastic room where they'll sleep tonight! It's Gallaria's Museo Sleepover Masterpiece. On the night of their exciting sleepover on Museo, Arty and his friends are awakened by a baby monkey who has wandered out of her artwork! The kids try to find her home, looking at different works of art. When they see art with trees and other animals in it, they instantly think this is her home and place the monkey into the piece. But the baby monkey pops right out. The lion in the work of art comes to life, telling them that this artwork is a tapestry made of fabric. The baby monkey didn't want to go in because she's made of paint, not fabric! They need to search for a painting! They find a painting with monkeys in it and lift the baby money in, only to find her following them on their way back to their sleeping bags! This wasn't her home either...but it looks like a painting...and there are monkeys in it! One of the monkeys in the painting agrees. It IS a painting, however, it is a Japanese Edo period ink wash painting. The baby monkey is a Post-Impressionist painting. So they need to search for a Post-Impressionist painting that's bright with lots of colors and details. They start their search again, looking closely at the paintings they pass and finally come upon "Two Monkeys in the Jungle," by Henri Rousseau. They put the baby monkey in and she's ecstatic! The monkey's mom is so thankful that they returned her baby safely. They found her home!

Arty and Juju are making a movie, starring the homemade characters Googly, Jujubug, and Epiphany as Epiphizilla! Googly and Jujubug need to stop Epiphizilla from eating the Magic Sparkle Flower! Clay boulders and a downpour of water don't stop her. If Arty and Juju can't find a way to stop Epiphizilla in her tracks, they won't have a movie to show at Movie Night! Arty, Juju, and Epiphany blast off to the Creative Galaxy and land on Paintoria where Pablo helps them make something gooey and sticky enough to stop Epiphany's character in her tracks - slime! They make slime using glue and dish soap, adding food coloring and glitter. The kids fly home to test out their creation and it works! Epiphizilla gets stuck in the slime! The Magic Sparkle Flower is saved and their movie is ready to show at Movie Night! That's a wrap! Arty and Annie are preparing the Town Square for a big art show, when a caped visitor, Captain Blah, flies in and tries to make art for the show, too! He wants to make a paper bird, just like the paper crane mobile that another artist made. But, Captain Blah messes up and gets so upset he flies away with all the art from the art show! The kids chase him to his planet where they learn he wants to be in their art show but he feels he can't. They assure him he can make art for their art show - any artist can. Captain Blah insists he can't be in their art show because he's not an artist - he can't make art like everyone else! The kids are horrified! Arty, Annie, and Epiphany help Captain Blah realize he doesn't have to make art like everyone else. He can make art his own way - that's what makes him an artist. So, they each make paper bird art in their own way...and Captain Blah finally believes he's an artist. Arty invites him to be in the art show and they fly all the art back to the Town Square. When the show opens, his artwork looks so art-tastic, everyone wonders, "Who's the artist?"
