Col. Tatiana Molgov, late of the doomed 21st century Space ship The Komorov, has found work as an ensign in Gal-Fed. She now serves on the USS Lepton, another Atom Class Cruiser. But her luck is running consistent as she and her Captain run afoul of an old enemy of the USS Isotope, the body-less Mysterious Ones. It isn't long before the Mysterious Ones are space-born again, and seeking revenge on the crew of the USS Isotope.

An incarcerated Bing The Merciless is being transferred to a maximum security facility and finds himself sitting in the cargo hold of the transport ship next to Serena Kreyus, the evil twin sister of Madam Kreyus. It seems Bing MAY have met his match in someone just as bad-ass as he is, but that doesn't equate to them getting along well. Things get strange however when Bing receives a call en-route to the new prison.

Sphere of Influence
Dispatched to the Gal-Fed space Station Falcon Five to investigate the missing crew, Lt. Daphne Isotope is assigned to investigate the station while Oliver and Carter, along with visiting Madam Kreyus, head off to see if they evacuated to a nearby planet. As Daphne makes her way to the bridge of the dark and eerie station the USS Isotope runs afoul of a small red sphere in space. Fearing it's a space mine they ask Madam Kreyus if she recognizes it, as they are near Aligned Worlds Organization space. And she does.

Retrieving Lt. Daphne from the space station Oliver and Carter wrestle with Madam Kreyus's sudden turn against them and Gal-Fed. When Daphne drops a major shock on them about the crew's fate Oliver is determined to find out what the sphere has to do with the space station, which forces Madam Kreyus to consult with King Boris about how to proceed.

Sphereful Symmetry
Appalled at Madam Kreyus's senseless act of violence, Oliver struggles to understand her motivation. The Madam is beginning to understand the magnitude of her crime and her guilt is catching up with her as she sits in the Isotope's Brig. Carter and Daphne also struggle with this but are caught off guard by Carter's latest discovery... that he may be being haunted. Meanwhile Mona has borrowed a Gal-Fed shuttle and is off to find a replacement spaceship of her own when she too gets sidelined. Her shuttle is forced to land on a planet by what appears to be not very friendly people.

Attorney Karen Vreeland arrives to lay it out for Serena what her crimes will lead her to. At the same time Trixie Dixie Mitzi uses her not inconsiderable diplomatic skills to come out to help Madam Kreyus... a thought that does NOT inspire the Madam in the least.

Meanwhile Mona and Bing work to figure out how to fly the stolen Borolonian spaceship and defend themselves. And Bing has to make a decision whether or not to bring Mona along for the ride or go it alone... by killing her.

Bing the Merciless finds his travelling companion, Mona, has deserted him, and with little understanding of how to fly his stolen ship he has no choice but to contact the USS Isotope for help. An uneasy alliance is struck, but the animosity Bing faces isn't form the Captain... it's from Carter.

The uneasy alliance between Bing and Captain Isotope continues, albeit a bit bruised. Carter returns from Bing's ship and hands him the flight recorder which apparently has a personal message for Bing. As Bing plays it back, Carter inadvertently hears Mona and is shocked by the content.

Passing judgement
As Carter tries to come to terms with the loss of Mona, Oliver has to come to terms with Bing's apparent change of heart. Can he trust his arch enemy to have honestly turned away from evil? He is honor bound to hand Bing over to the court system. The time has come for Oliver to play Judge, Jury AND Executioner.

Complicated pt 1
Still smarting from news of Mona's leaving him, Carter is given control of the USS Isotope while Oliver goes off-ship to attend a meeting. In the mean-time he is tasked with coordinating with a Lancaster Electronics operative who wants to do a review of the ship's drive chain. It isn't long after she arrives however that Carter begins to receive oddly mixed signals from the alluring Dr. Tillinghast.

Carter is hopelessly lost trying to figure out if Dr. Relena Tillinghast is coming on to him, berating him, or just plain being business-like, which fluctuates depending upon the moment. The one thing he IS sure of is that she's taken his mind off of Mona... That is until Carter's personal "lost Weekend" comes to an end, prompting a guilt trip. This of course lands with a deafening boom to Relena.

Captain Isotope's lonely hearts club band
Attorney Karen Vreeland returns with a client in tow, a big, hulking sub-verbal galoot named Dirty Sanchez whom she is transporting back to Earth to stand trial. In the meantime she wants Oliver to provide "relationship counseling" to Mr. Sanchez in order to help him win the case against him... which involved eating a police car. Meanwhile the long wait for Captain John Shackelford to return to pick up Serena is wearing on her nerves, and tensions are a little high between her and Oliver.

As Oliver struggles to provide counseling to Dirty Sanchez Serena finds the ship has been boarded by a well-dressed gentleman named Harold, who is a Herald. And he is a Herald for none other than Oliver's old nemesis, Lilith, mother of the flesh-eating Ghoul Hannibal Ferox, and noted Biblical Figure of ill-repute. It isn't long before Lilith and Dirty Sanchez end up in a battle-royale for the honor of the USS Isotope.

It's a Princess Thing
As part of her training Lt. Daphne is tasked with solo-ferrying a pair of royals to a meeting in Gal-Fed space. Little does she realize however that one of the royals is her long-time girl-crush, Princess Jessica, who still holds deep feelings for Daphne. Prince Crollis, her husband, is disdainful of Daphne and takes every opportunity to make her uncomfortable, which isn't difficult since Daphne is struggling with her own feelings for Jessica, who represents all that she left behind when she stopped being a Princess.

The Contest Winners
Captain John Shackelford finally arrives to pick up his bride, Serena, and he brings Madam Kreyus with him, and she has made a fateful decision, to turn herself in to the Crosian Authorities to answer for killing the prisoner in the pod many episodes prior. Oliver is understandably concerned for her, but his attention gets diverted rapidly when the two radio-show contest winners he is hosting for a week pop in on their conversation and take Madam Kreyus for a new easy mark for a romantic conquest. Or do they?

Meeting Raul

The Assassins make their move and threaten to kill Madam Kreyus in order to prevent her from testifying in open court, but Serena and Captain John interfere, along with one surprisingly helpful addition, Raul, inhabiting the small glass sphere seen earlier in the season. Even though that threat has been dealt with, Serena must try to convince the Madam that she needs to let go of her guilt. But the only one who can help her do that now is Raul.

On the run from her own people, Princess Marlea, along with her handmaiden Karalla, have kidnapped Princess Betty and are desperately trying to make it to their rendezvous with Captain John Shackelford, but his ship is having troubles, so he diverts them to the USS Isotope. Once there, Oliver must decide which of the two princesses is telling the truth, the one whose mentally facilities have been compromised in the past, or the one who shows up bound.
