Honey takes Strawberry and the other kids on an adventure to the island so the kids can watch the festival. When the other horses see a special move of Honey's, they insist she lead the festival parade. But nasty horse show owner Licorice Whip sees the move and kidnaps Honey Pie Pony to perform for him. Strawberry and her friend's band together with the horses of Ice Cream Island and track down the evil horse show. (The kids and horses need to show special ingenuity working together since the horses only speak "horse.") At the horse festival, the horses and kids work together (even shy Milkshake and her rider, Angel Cake) to free Honey Pie Pony and the other kidnapped horses.
