Dead Drops

Wed, Dec 31, 1969
Pendleton briefs Sam on Nathaniel Reisen, aka The Ghost - a double agent. He used to work for the bad guys, but now he works for us. We hope. Sam is to pick up a package at a designated location - a dead drop. The package should contain important information, but Sam can't let the enemy know Reisen's working for them. A dead drop is a way for agents to exchange information. Dead refers to the fact that the two parties never meet. The message is left at a specific location or drop.

Sam gets the lowdown on her latest mission - to infiltrate Andromeda Aerospace. The company is actually a front for the DDR, everyone's favourite evil group bent on world domination. Sam's mission is to get a copy of the plans for the Zoomer without anyone detecting her. Sam gets the latest from Pendleton. Seems Clarence Minnifield, a clerk in the NET, is suspected of being a mole. Sam is to shadow him and obtain photographic proof that he's selling information to the other side. Shouldn't be a problem for Sam, shadowing is a well-used technique of secretly following a suspect.

DNA Evidence

Wed, Dec 31, 1969
Meet Angela Fairbanks, she used to be CIA, but now she's found a better-paying career as a thief. There's been a break-in at the American consulate and secret plans to the Tower of London were taken. Pendleton suspects Fairbanks, but the only evidence they have are a few strands of hair found on the scene. Sam needs to sneak into Fairbanks' hotel and see if she can get some hair to match the DNA. DNA is better than a fingerprint for identifying people, it's in our cells, and can be found in blood, saliva and hair.
