One day, some time after the incident in which Edward kidnapped Emilico, the Star Bearers call out the living dolls in the middle of the night. Barbie tells them that a suspicious figure in a robe has been seen in the great hall. The first thing Barbie does is to become suspicious of Emilico, and Emilico tells Kate all about it.

However, having been unable to ascertain the true culprit behind the incidents, the Star Bearers turn their suspicions on Kate.
