It's the seventh anniversary of when Sandy and Oliver first met. Oliver wants to do out for a special meal, though Sandy has promised to babysit for Audrey and Mike. So Oliver goes to the restaurant on his own.
Sandy returns home very drunk from Dorothy's leaving do and decides that she wants to give up work as well. Oliver thinks she needs a coffee and a curry! Edgar then turns up with job news for Oliver.
Having given up her job, Sandy spends her first lonely day at home, until she goes for a job interview. A grumpy Oliver, having lost his promotion, starts worrying that her eye may be wandering.
Sandy convinces Oliver to put the flat on the market - as she thinks it's 'grotty'. The property though isn't worth as much as Oliver thinks it is. Unknowingly, both of them pursue different avenues to find a new place.
Sandy and Oliver are packing for their house move, though there is far more stuff than there should be as Oliver refuses to throw anything away! Then they get into an argument when Sandy finds his old love letters.
With their flat now empty, Oliver prepares for a week's stay at Sandy's parents. Both Oliver and Marjorie try their best to be nice to each other. The move into the new place isn't that smooth either.
Sandy thinks their old furniture doesn't fit in their new house. Oliver thinks it's Buckingham Palace though. After visiting their old flat, they decide to try for a loan with Oliver's firm.
