In March 2012, while driving in East Cleveland, Ohio, Jacquelyn Harris dials 911 to report that she sees a man with Amber Alert victim Raevon L. Bryant-Ruffin, age 4. The child had been taken about 24 hours earlier by someone known to the family, but the motive for the abduction is unclear. Jacquelyn gets out of her car to bravely follow the man, not thinking about her own personal safety. Police arrived during the 911 call and recovered the young boy and arrested 19-year-old Isaiah Taylor.
