Katharon's attack on the Memento Mori faces heavy resistance, but the 00-Raiser's timely arrival shifts the battle. The Ptolemaios II makes a bold move to avoid a deadly strike, setting up a crucial assault on the superweapon.

After the Memento Mori's destruction, the Ptolemaios II is forced to descends to Earth in order to escape the Innovators attacks. Separated from his comrades, Setsuna is lured by Ali into meeting Ribbons, who reveals something important.

As Setsuna battles Mr. Bushido, Sergei witnesses A-Laws' manipulation of broadcasts to frame rebels for civilian deaths. Meanwhile, Sumeragi and Kati uncover A-Laws' plan to destroy the elevator, with a second Memento Mori set to fire.

In an intense battle, the 00-Raiser pushes its limits to destroy the second Memento Mori. However, despite their efforts, the satellite weapon's beam still severely damages the orbital elevator, causing it to fall towards the surface.

Four months after the destruction of the Africa Tower, Celestial Being faces relentless A-Laws attacks. Tieria urges the crew to take back Veda, so Sumeragi formulates a plan to capture an Innovator, beginning as the A-Laws attack again.

Revive is captured after his fight with Tieria, while Saji and Louise engage in battle, only to be transported to an alternate reality where Louise questions her determination to fight against him. Meanwhile, Anew reveals her true loyalty.

Anew and Revive attempt to steal the 00 Gundam and 0-Raiser but are stopped. They return with new machines, and Lyle struggles again against Anew, while Setsuna is forced to make a hard choice in a tense, emotional showdown.

Setsuna and Saji's mission to find Wang Liu Mei and Hong faces deadly twists. Nena and Louise's paths collide in a fateful encounter, while a new duel between Setsuna and Graham uncovers a profound truth about humanity's future.

After defeating Graham, Setsuna spares him, urging him to live for the future. The Gundams then head toward Veda, facing the A-Laws' fleet until Katharon and Kati's forces arrive, throwing the A-Laws into disarray.

Ribbons reveals his massive colony ship to Celestial Being and fires a GN-Drive-powered particle cannon, destroying most of the A-Laws fleet. The final battle has only just begun.

Setsuna is having trouble with the combined Trans-Am attack of Hiling and Revive, and is forced to use the 00 Raiser's own Trans-Am. This allows him to sense that all of his friends are in trouble, and refusing to let them die, Setsuna's quantum brainwaves activates the 00 Raiser's Trans-Am Burst System. This causes the 00 Raiser to expel a tremendous amount of GN particles in rainbow-like streams, covering the entire battlefield.

The final confrontation between Setsuna and Ribbons begins. The fate of humankind depends on this battle.
