St. Elias The Prophet Ukrainian Catholic Church is a beautiful architectural building that is home to something very spiritual. Unfortunately in 2014, a devastating fire took down the entire church. After 3 years they have finally rebuilt their home - take a look inside. Next visit Chabad Romano Centre, a synagogue that started as a small house in Richmond Hill, and has grown together with its members.

EP3: Jaffari Community Centre & Skyway Christian Assembly
Get an up close look inside Jaffari Community Centre, which consists of a mosque, school, and community centre, full of assembly halls, banquet halls, a library, exhibits, and more. In the heart of Scarborough is Skyway Christian Assembly, a small congregation that initially served the Filipino population, but continues to serve in a big way for over 25 years to various cultures.

EP4: The Vishnu Mandir & St. Paul's Basilica
The Vishnu Mandir started off as a small house, but has expanded to include a school, senior's home, and a unique Peace Park. Built after 9/11, here people can visit this park which is a memorial for fallen soldiers. Modeled after a basilica outside of Rome you can find St. Paul's Basilica in Toronto. In the 1940s, it became a place of worship for Irish refugees that struggled to come to Canada.

EP05: Little Trinity Anglican & Beth Tzedec
Little Trinity Anglican Church was built in 1844, and was almost put on sale due to lack of members, but managed to survive and continues to do well today. Beth Tzedec Congregation is an amalgamation of two Jewish congregations. In addition to the synagogue, they have a museum filled with Jewish artifacts and art, proudly hosting the fourth largest Judaic collection in North America.

EP06: Sringeri Sharadamba & Anshei Minsk
Sringeri Sharadamba Temple, full of rich architecture is a blend of both North and Sound Indian style. As a place of worship, they also have a community centre, museum, dance programs, and more. Inside a historical building in Kensington Market, you will find Anshei Minsk, a Russian Jewish synagogue.

EP07: St. Cecilia's & Islamic Foundation
St. Cecilia's Catholic Church is Vietnamese church that strives to make everyone feel comfortable, where they can learn about faith and grow together. The Islamic Foundation of Toronto is composed of 3 buildings, with over 120,000 square feet. A social hub for many, they also have a middle school, high school, and a hot soup program to help all in need, regardless of religion or culture.

EP08: Presbyterian Church & Krishna temple
Originally built in 1896 as a Presbyterian Church, now is the Hare Krishna temple in Toronto, welcoming all people through its doors. The Holy Blossom Temple, originally a British Jewish temple, was built in the 1930s during the height of the depression.
